Awesome restaurant, quality food, and big servings make this place worth stopping by. Inside it's very homey, clean and... inviting. The server and staff are super friendly. The food is delicious and not too expensive, with complementary rolls. Theyhave a few alcoholic drink choices which aren't too bad. The only real negative I have is that there can be a long wait time,especially on the weekend. I highly suggest getting an reservation if you're coming by on the weekend or a holiday. Read more
This has been by far the worst visit ever. I did not even get to eat. I will make noodles when I get home ??????????? How do you... bring me an uncooked 23oz Porterhouse T-Bone that I asked to be medium well. Then you go back and bring me a burnt steak. Iunderstand you are busy as you always are but to tell me it’s because your rushing shows you do not truly care about yourconsumer. Then give me a dinner for two that total can’t be more than $30 just was an insult as what I ordered was $31 andsome change. Make it make sense!!!! Also my drink was messed up AGAIN. Well noodles I’m on the way ???? Update: Spoke with themanager or hospitality manager Amy and stopped by today 6/7/2022 and the service, food, and drinks were A-1. Texas roadhouse has been a favorite of my family and I for over 10 years. We go here quite frequently to dine in, but especially... for takeout. The food has, for the most part, always been good and the service is again, for the most part, very nice. I believeit will always be a fan favorite of mine. if you were looking for a little slice of Texas, Texas Roadhouse is the perfect placeto go. for the price, it's a pretty good deal. Had an awesome time and Kenya was the highlight. She was patient and answered all my fiancé questions and was very attentive.... The staff as a whole seemed to be very helpful and happy to be there. The food was good as usual so the dinning experience as ahole was awesome. Read more
2/5/22 Been trying to go here forever but it’s always a hour and half or more wait, decided to try today and it was only about... 20 min wait. My mom had been wanting the cactus blossom, it was good ???????? And those darn rolls with the cinnamon butter omg,addictive. They was fresh and HOT HOT HOT. I had the chicken critter salad, yummy… my strawberry lemonade was delicious, evengot it to go and some rolls to go too. Special shout out to our waiter, DahJahn “DJ” was a ball, had us laughing, was superattentive and friendly. Made us feel like we was more then just customers. The food is better if you dine in, I don't recommend (to go) simply because the portions seem different and the care for the... food. Other than that I love the food and selections inside this place, definitely good fun environment for a quick date nightout or a family dinner! Read more
Several parties were going on tonight but that did not stop our waitress from doing an amazing job. Our food came out quickly... and even though it was crowded the atmosphere was pleasant with laughter and joy. I applaud Texas Roadhouse for providing a nicedatenight with the hubby. Read more
We came to ft. Hood to welcome our son home from deployment. He wanted a good steak so he suggested texas roadhouse. I've never... seen him enjoy a meal as much as he did today. The staff was awsome and super attentive. The bread rolls are so good you betterbe careful you don't get full on bread. The decor was exactly what you would expect from a texas steak house. Restrooms aresuper clean and our table was also very clean. As you come in to the restaurant you can see the kitchen staff preparing steaksand other meals through a clear window.
