I?m a pregnant door dasher. One of the tropical smoothie employees wanted me to come in instead of using the drive thru. I was... the only customer at this time. I explained I have a 3yr in the car i don?t feel comfortable coming in. The employee stated shewasn?t going to hand me the order i drove though to pull around and come inside. I asked to speak to a manager. she slammed thewindow and punched her fist in a threatening manner looking at me. The manager come and backs up his employee ignoring the factthat i?m pregnant with a kid in a car. The owner had another manager call me to apologize and got free menu item but she neveraddressed it herself . Ma?am your employee insinuated punching a pregnant woman over a delivery order when not coming in is aoption. But i digress . Read more

Excellent location! I love the grand opening balloons aswell as the beachy feel. My wife and I ordered a detox green.
The customer service was top notch as soon as we walked in we were cheerfully greeted by the amazing staff. Our cashier who... unfortunately we didn?t get the name of, was super friendly and made conversation as well as walked our smoothies over to uswhich he didn?t have to do ! It?s those little things that really take this place to the next level and the quality of thesmoothies and other food items were phenomenal, will be returning:) Read more
I went in earlier to try this place for the first time. I was not greeted by neither the person at the front counter nor the... person on drive thru. Instead, they were both wiping down areas and acted if I wasn't even standing there. After about twominutes of just standing there, the employee at the front counter asked if I was done looking. Seriously though, what kind ofplace is this? How would she know if I was looking or if I had already known what I wanted. She decided to ask me this insteadof greeting me the proper way.
