Customer service was great , the lady was nice whom took our order . Food was a lil bit to greasy. I think they need to change... there oil as you can see, how dark the onion rings are. Which was a disappointment. We come here for fresh burgers,which ispretty good. I had the hotdog and it again was way to greasy for my. First time here and it?s not been a good experience.. Only reason I rated 2 stars is because the kids say the food is good. I... didn?t order food bc of dental issue. Have to ask several times for the items they have already asked if you needed at ordering.not to mention being over charged.. Yes I told her we never been here before. On the way home we decided to stop by & place our order to go. Ordered 1 classic & 2 way burgers (asked for tomato on the way... burgers & was told they came with it), 3 ofries, 1 Lg drink & an order of macaroni bites which was $37.00(I thought this wasrather high). After waiting 35-40 minutes we got our food except we were 1 way burger & ofries short. Then they told us theydidn't ring us up for the way burger & ofries so we're waiting another 30 minutes and $14.00. Got home & surprise the ofriesturned out to just be fries and there was no Tomatoe on the way burgers. The food was good but not $51 good for what we got. This was my first time eating at wayback burgers! It is a pricey menu so I won?t go here as often as I would go to sonic. The... menu is all over the place in my personal opinion. I love cheesesteak but this was was soggy, wet, no flavor, and I couldn?tstomach it so I had to trash it. I was able to narrow down my favorites the burgers are 100% make me return! My daughter is ahamburger connoisseur she gave the burger a high rating! The chicken sandwich gave me life I loved the play on the bun beingflipped. The chicken like the burger was prepared fresh which allows for quality tasting! The bacon cheddar fries were tasty itwas way too much bacon and not enough cheese! I will definitely return! Read more

I got the bacon burger and order of chili cheese fries on the side. The wait time wasn?t bad and the customer service was good... too. It?s in a pretty convenient location being located inside of Walmart too. The food itself was good too, not the best burgerI?ve ever had but still worth a try. Read more
