Kids burger was literally ice cold. So cold that it felt like it had been refrigerated which is odd, but it also was so hard... that my kids couldn?t chew it. The chili I ordered was also lukewarm and the beans were hard. Never had that issue before butunfortunately we won?t be able to eat any of this. Such a waste of my money. Read more
The gentleman at the window seemed to be in a disagreeable mood. To make him smile, I complimented his beautiful unloved pointed... fingernails and pink hair, but he kept a deadpan look on his face. It took a long time for us to receive our order and the foodwas still cold! The fries were cooked in old fat and the nuggets and burgers were barely warm. Food is good. Drive through is very slow. If your trying to get something quick this is not the place. Some of the employees in... the drive through are kinda rude. Read more
So we just had food delivered to our house from this store. My wife was missing some of her food and called to try and ask to... get them then some girl named Naomi that picked up the phone wouldn?t let my wife speak and when my wife said ?may I pleasespeak I haven?t been able to say anything and every time I try to talk you cut me off? and straight up hung up on her. I triedcalling back and so did my wife but don?t bother because Naomi will not pick up and then she will hang up instantly right asshe picks up. She?s also a manager. Talk about entitlement. I made a mobile order and once I received my food, the order was missing items and also incorrect. I had to give them a copy of... my receipt to fix the problem. The woman at the window attempted to place the blame on me even though the receipt detailedeverything correctly. If she had read it she would have noticed that. Once that was fixed I saw her roll her eyes twice at mewhile I sat and the window for 11 minutes only to be told to pull up and wait even longer. After 28 minutes of waiting my foodwas brought to me and still incorrect. This isn't my first time at this store nor is it my first time getting an incorrectorder.
