App always shows store closed. Cannot use any of app coupons since they do not have scanner to read phone code. Seems like if... they offer a coupon they should have a work around for broken equipment. Elgin store much better and stay away from this onewhen I can. Read more
Hate leaving bad reviews, but the past few times we?ve gone there, the bread was so bad....wasn?t fresh at all. It was so stale... and hard to eat. Employees are nice but unfortunately the food is not fresh. Hopefully the managers read these reviews and makesure employees are throwing out the day old bread, and baking fresh everyday, since that?s their motto ?eat fresh?. Read more
Purchased two $ 6.00 meal deals day before yesterday. Was charged 6.25 each at the register. Brought it to the employees'... attention. Said they couldn't do anything about it. They would not call the manager. Just told us to return the next day. Nomanager, no call and wouldn't take our phone number to have him(her) call us. Spent more in gas than the measly $ .50 it costme. Caution: you might also get overcharged as I believe hundreds of others have. We will not return to this dishonest andcustomer unfriendly business. The food is great. But I had a couple of coupons and they said it was policy I couldn't use both. I thought they might could... ring it up seperate orders but they couldn't. What would be the difference of me going outside coming back in and useing it. It just crazy. Read more
