The server was not friendly from the start and then provided poor service. He told our group he would not separate our checks... because he was ?too busy?, and then charged a fee for using a card. The food was very over priced! The server then looked at thereceipt and checked the tip amount. He followed us to the door and complained about our tip. This place is a big joke! Went to Baja Burrito to takeout food and grab a beer while I waited. I was seated and asked the man behind the bar for menu... recommendations since it was my first time. His response "I'm too busy for this". There were 3 other tables taken at therestaurant. I got up and left. I can't speak to the food, but the service was disgraceful. Read more
Our server was friendly. The food was AWEFUL. The worst restaurant experience I?ve ever had. The two orders of pork enchiladas... were dry, burned, and crispy, not edible. There was no sauce on them. When we asked for some sauce to put on them to try tosoften them up a little bit, we were charged for it!!! I?ve never seen anything like it. The nachos were crispy, even thetoppings. The chef/cook should have personally apologized. After 8 hours of skiing, all we wanted was a nice dinner andrelaxation with our family. It was nothing but stressful. Read more
Cleaning off a table for us to sit down took awkwardly long even though it wasn?t busy. Then they gave our table to someone else... and proceeded to sit us at a dirty table. Took our drink order and forgot about us. We waited and waited then finally walked outand they didn?t even notice. And I wasn?t even sad because the menu looked overpriced and had zero (even remotely) healthyoptions. I don?t know how this place stays open. Read more
Went here this week and was not satisfied. They had one person running all the food and no hostest when we walked in. There... wasnt a sign that said ?seat yourself? so we stood there confused for a while until instructed to seat whereever. Once seated,took about 10 mintues to get a menu. When we ordered we missed the happy hour deals by 2 minutes even though by this time wewere there for about 20+ mins. Our server was nice, said he would do his best. I asked if our table could have chips and salsa,but we never got it. I ordered a mango daiquiri but it was not great at all actually just tasted like tequila (which i didntexpect) and was not blended. Drinks too a bt to get. When we got our food it was quite fast after ordering which was nice afterthe wait and the burrito i had was very good, however its just the burrito for $15 no chips, no rice, no side beans, so althoughit was good, for the price i would want some sort of side.
