I am so sorry to say this! I really had a good experience visiting once back in November and I decided to visit the second time... in March 2022, I had good time with my friends until couple of security guys were so racist that they asked me to leave. I had20 good friends and a couple of best friends with me to take care of, but the security guys were all over me for a bottle ofwater, just because I asked for water after 1 AM. I understand that it is a difficult job for them to maintain the place but Ifelt they could have been more compassionate. I am also thankful to my friends who got me out of situation, but i felt themanager could have at least listened to me or my friends; we could have explained the situation better. This place is hands-down one of the best if not the best NIGHTCLUB in the entire state of Vermont! Maybe even northern New... England! The bands always rock and the video D.j. is always on point! Also any venue that features Jamies Junkshow regularlyobviously is ace is all around! Read more

I was there last night to watch ROYALS (@royalsusa) play on the opening night. The staff here is fantastic. Great service in all... aspects, friendly, attentive, and quick. I never stood at the bar for more than a couple minutes before someone asked me if Iwas being helped and this place was busy! Also very reasonable prices. This is the kind of place a girl can go to ALONE or witha couple friends and feel very safe and comfortable because of how well security operates, which is huge for me too. That beingsaid, security doesn?t come off as imposing or intimidating, and clearly does not want to overstep. They are just there to makesure everyone has a good time. I was fortunate enough to meet Chris near the entrance who was a true professional and a greatguy. Also the sound and lighting they did for the live music was excellent. You could tell how much time and attention they putinto the shows that go on here. Huge kudos to management, owners, and staff. Highly recommend this spot for a night out toanyone. Read more
Motor was hands down the best waiter I?ve ever had in my entire life. We had 2 tables of 10 and we ordered an aggressive amount... of drinks and food. Not only was Motor a master sales man, he didn?t make a single mistake all night and we never had to waitmore than a minute or two for our drinks (reminder, there was 20 of us!) His name was very fitting because he was a legit Motor.If you own a restaurant and want to maximize your profits, hire Motor. 5 stars for Motor and 4.25 stars for Pickle Barrel.Overall great experience.
