Beautiful place, sat outside overlooking the pond and the mountains, it was lovely. Had a great server. Food portions were... sizeable, pretty plating, but the risotto lacked flavor. Other food items were great though, the burrata, creme brule andanother meat dish my boyfriend had. Read more

What a view! From every direction the view is stunning. I ate outside by the pond to enjoy it. It was so relaxing watching the... fish. I even saw a turtle swim by. The sound of the water as the water wheel went around was soothing. Now the food ? I had anorder of maple, bacon Brussel spouts as an appetizer. They are delicious! Then for a main course I ordered the arugula saladwith chicken and a side of beets added. The ingredients were fresh, the chicken moist and the sweet potatoes and squash werejust firm enough. I had maple creme brûlée for dessert. It was delicious. Not served warm but so good! Read more

Atmosphere and service was excellent. Came in the summer and sitting outside was wonderful. There is a beautiful view of the... mountains over the pond next to the restaurant. The duck was excellent and a nice balance with the apple salad. The salmon wasa little dry but still tasty paired with the risotto. The beet and burrata appetizer and the meatballs were also good but notexceptional. Overall a very quality restaurant in Killington. Read more

Just an overall fantastic experience, from the entrees, wine selection, and dessert to staff knowledge of the menu and... willingness to help. I went here on a date recently and our server really went above and beyond helping us pair a wine with ourmeal and even bringing samples before we decided on a bottle. Given the opportunity to visit again, I would love to do so. Read more

Recommended to us by a local, The Foundry is definitely a must go. Always listen to locals, they know what they are talking... about. The 28 oz porter house was juicy and delicious. The staff is courteous and friendly. It has a rustic ambiance. Read more

With good music and good food, this is a good place to go after all day skiing. The prices can be a little on the higher end... but I think this is probably one of the restaurants I liked the best around the area. Food wise our apps and entrees we'rereally good. I highly recommend getting the pork belly appetizer. It was nicely seared and a light coating of maple. They alsohad live music starting around 6 I think which is nice to listen to while eating. The Foundry was excellent! The staff was friendly and efficient. The wait time was less than anticipated. The food was... delicious. We loved the special salmon and crab ravioli. The s?mores dessert was fun! My only issue was that when I called aweek ago to make a reservation, I was told they only take reservations for 10 or more, but that we would have no problem wakingin on a Wednesday to celebrate a birthday. When we showed up on that Wednesday, they were closed. I understand schedules change, but I would suggest calling the day of to double check their schedule. Read more
