They gave my husband the completely wrong food in the bag and essentially charged him wrong. They had the last4 # of my cell on... the receipt, so clearly they confused themselves. I UNDERSTAND MISTAKES HAPPEN? HOWEVER-I called and stated the issue. Sheread back what was in the bag. ?Yes, ma?am, that?s not what we ordered.? To confuse it even more, the order we received didn?thave everything in it. She then needed my order AGAIN, fine. Had to repeat it THREE TIMES. She proceeded to say we could comeback and get our order. Well I made sure to mention I wanted it cooked again due to the 45 minutes passing. Ok, she told me 20minutes and NEVER offered to deliver with it being their BIG mistake. However, I figured they?d make it right not make us paythe $6.90 difference. NOPE. Husband got there. The employee made a big deal all the food wasn?t in the order. Well I don?t knowwhat to say AGAIN YOUR MISTAKE. NO APOLOGIES OFFERED. My husband said she was annoyed the whole time. She then asked for the$6.90 LOL. My husband handed her a $20 and said actually YOU owe me $6.90 for my gas and time especially since your sympathy isnon-exsistent. He got home-food is cold and soggy. Clearly it was the original and not new. She said someone else got our orderand took the food we got and took it back. THEN TO TOP IT OFF-I noticed she gave us the egg rolls from the wrong order wereceived. I called and she argued. The receipt says 4:50PM that?s proof. OMG NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE DURING COVID.I?m a nurse and this is so dangerous and unsanitary. I will drive 30 minutes instead. We threw the 47$ of food out. Note toowner: NEVER TAKE FOOD BACK. Delicious food, especially the egg rolls. The fried rice tasted like rubber however so it was probably overcooked. Everything... else was great besides the fact they are still in covid mode and don't let you sit inside! They have this box they put your foodin and they don't even let you in the restaurant! The new owner has really turned Great Wall around. We use to have to drive down to Clinton to get our Chinese food, now I can... say I do not have to travel more than three minutes down the road, the food is always ready by the time they say it will be ifit isn't sooner. Food is not greasy (sometimes you'll get an egg roll or sweet & sour chicken from other restaurants and theyare just a grease sponge). Everyone is very courteous and willing to explain what comes in each meal, etc. A very nice Chineserestaurant that I would recommend to anyone especially to North Madison and Killingworth locals! We were hoping for something better than our usual take out place. This was a little better in some areas. Chicken was over... cooked and almost dry. The steak and peppers should have had more steak. Shrimp dishes only had 4 shrimp. But the sauces werebetter. Read more

Food has been very good. Place is nice and clean with exhaust fans running. Many Chinese restaurants turn off the exhaust fans... to save on the heat , a.c and electric bill and the place turns into a grease slick with them off. If there not running theplace is sure to be dirty. Food could use some more spice on their spicy dishes . I ordered extra spicy and it still needed moreheat. Overall a good place. Noticeable difference (for the better)! with the new owners! We had stopped going to Great Wall but today we went back and... were pleasantly surprised! everything was extremely fresh and not greasy! Great meal!! Read more
