Where to start??? Okay, the establishment is awesome. Meaning, the feel of the place is so relaxed and clean. It's easy to... navigate. The bathroom is great and very clean (wave a hand and a new toilet seat cover appears!). The food? Spot on, everytime. The twisters are incredible. I love the items you can buy now (truffle oil, dog treats, etc). The heaters outside arefantastic even below freezing. The staff is INCREDIBLE. I have never been somewhere before where the staff laughs and jokes andtreats you like a long lost friend. I've been to both NNB locations and honestly, sorry Tapp! Kilmarnock has better staff, handsdown. Very chill and easy to talk to. I was there on my 14th anniversary with my husband and they went above and beyond to makeit special - red velvet cake? Yes please!!! We own a second home in town and we are making NNB here a requisite stop any time wecome down. Keep being awesome, because no one will ever outdo you guys!!!! Read more

I got a steakhouse burger and the bun was so soggy when I picked it up it fell apart. Also I ask the lady how big was the onion... ring order she said enough for 2 people when I got it it look like it had 5 small one if I had know it was that small I wouldhave ordered two. The staff were friendly and very easy to deal with. Order the lobster roll and a milk shake. Some of the lobster tasted like it... had frostbite. The rest of it tasted fine. The milkshake was delicious but $6 for a milkshake is crazy. Be careful walking intothe party room because there's a little tripping hazard there. Read more

I had the classic burger and a regular Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Shake and I enjoyed it. My boyfriend ordered the Lobster Roll... sandwich and an Oreo Cookie shake and felt there was more cream from the cookie than anything else, and was surprised by theprice of the lobster roll. Extremely good burger place in Kilmarnock, VA. They also offer meatless selections, as well as chicken, king crab legs, and... fish sandwiches. They have all the usual drinks , but also sell beer and other drinks with alcohol. They have an amazing rumrunner. Finally they sell a great milkshake, but it's a meal in itself so don't plan on eating afterwards. Read more
