I am not from this area and stopped in. The employees were awesome and friendly. My complaint is to the store owner. I watched... one of the employees have a difficult time cutting a sub and I asked him what was wrong and he said that the knife was not sharpand wasn?t able to properly cut the sub. I said it is time for some new ones and they laughed saying that they have asked for ayear and then they were considering using their own money to buy new knives which is absolutely ridiculous. Come on owner buysome good knife so your people can do their jobs. Read more
I give five stars to the lady working when i went in for a sub tonight. Her name is ron Im pretty sure she said. She was by her... self and she got very busy and she held it together very well. Why have 1 new male employee working on a Saturday during lunch time? I waited for 15 minutes just to be told he did not know... how to ring up a gift card. He stated he was new and would have to call a manager. I had no more time to wait and left withoutgetting the gift card for my nephews birthday. This incident will deter me from coming here again. The subs are so-so but the rude comment I received from Elise or alyise was more than I ordered. After saying "as long as it's... on mommy's bill"..now whatever prompted her to say that is one thing but when I called back for an apology "it's all in the wayyou take it" is not an acceptable response. I will start off with staff was absolutely excellent, they made accurate and very nice subs that were neat and ingredients were... even across the sandwich and delicious. One thing I didn't care for was the Google page shows the deals and coupons but staffadvised they do not accept them or the meal deals that were advertised, if I would have known that I would have gone to anotherstore up the road.
