I have gone here a few times and everytime i go there its horrible!! They act like the customer is a nuisance and they dont want... to be bothered.They. didnt hear all of my order so i asked if they could add it on and they told me no? As someone who has worked for multiple different fast food restaurants for several years of my life (age 16 to around age 26), I... understand that things can be rough inside (I.E: staffing issues, crew members who are physically there, but mentally theybehave like that girl from that one Adam Sandler movie 50 first dates.. meaning no matter how hard you try to teach them eventhe simplest thing, it's useless and instead of firing said clowns, management keeps them around because they need bodies.Tyrannical management, favoritism, cheap owners who don't want to pay their employees squat, yet want them to go above andbeyond, pettiness and drama being brought to the work place etc...) I GET IT! Rude, entitled customers who want their rear endkissed because they're buying a $10.50 combo meal! Believe me, it's all too familiar and that's why I left-- there's no money inthe industry.. and there's little respect. However tonight was over the top. Crew members were very rude and made it extremelyobvious that they did not want to be bothered with my family and I. They were rude. It was an experience from hell. I walked in and the guy was closing the gate to the lobby and he gave just gave us a dirty look.... Then went thru the drive thru and they were just as rude very nasty attitude. I understand they are short staffed but it's yourjob if your going to work be kind to the customers. This is my second time and last time first time I asked a sour cream potatoand they said they don't have them anymore then tonite they said they are out of potatoes which one is it?. This was the most disappointing Wendy's I've ever eaten at. I eat at Wendy's all the time and was happy to see this location, ... and stopped in for lunch. Even though there were no other customers being served, it took quite some time to get my food. Thefries were only warm and my burger was terrible. The bun was not fresh, almost stale. My first bite was all the ketchup theyhad put on the burger and the rest was dry. There was only one very small piece of tomato and and the lettuce was sad. The onlypositive thing was my Coke was good and cold. I do not recommend this location unless they change the way they do business. Read more
I would absolutely never go to this location at night again. The closer was so incredibly rude and he always is but the last... time was the worst. He started off by telling me to hold on a minute which i didnt mind at all and then immediately said we'retrying to close here. For a minute I thought I had come 10 minutes after close but when I asked I was actually 50 before close.He was rude the entire time and definitely made it known customers were not welcome. Read more
I think I'm about done with this Wendy's, food is great but every time I open my mouth in the drive thru to order something I'm... interupted by "Is that all?"... no, I'll tell you when that's all. Tonight was the last straw, I barely got the words "can Ihave a number 2 with-" out of my mouth before I was interupted by the evergreen "is that all?" I hadn't said what burger Iwanted yet, I hadn't said what drink and I still had other things to order, but all I got was "is that all?" Slow down andlisten. Read more
