Ordered a small caramel macchiato but I tasted absolutely no caramel. It tasted like very bold coffee and smelled. Not like a... caramel macchiato that I'm used to from DD. I couldn't drink it at all, tossed it out. Also, I waited longer than it normallytakes for them to make this nasty drink. I know how long it takes to make it since I used to work at DD. It wasn't a shortstaffing issue or a lot of customers inside or outside the location. No sure what there issue is. I won't stop here againpassing through. Read more
They?re we?re out of donuts at 10:00am. There was nothing to choose from and no one acknowledged us even being there. This was... our first time in and very reluctant about ever stopping there again. Read more

Every time I have ever been they have messed up my order a sandwich with no top on it, a sandwich burnt, a sandwich not toasted,... hole milk instead of coconut milk...people I?m allergic to hole milk! The list goes on and on they don?t put food in bags theydon?t give napkins they don?t give coffee toppers or selves for hot coffee....thinking about stoping by and if they mess upagain I?m done Read more
Very disappointed!! I grew up in NY eating Dunkin Donuts, moved to Florida and my kids grew up on Dunkin Donut. I was so excited... to see one being opened at Kimball Crossing where I live now but was so disappointed with the donuts I got. They were not freshand the filled ones had little to no filling in it. I understand it just opened but I sure hope in the future someone fixesthese issues. Read more
