By far the WORST experience I have ever had with fast food. Two women in the back screaming about drama with their boyfriend.... The manager was externally rude about us asking for extra sauce that we ordered and was on our receipt, but refused to give itto us. It was dirty and the wait was extremely long. Read more
I am from Alabama and my cousins and I stopped in for a frappe coffee. We tried to find our code on our app to get the discount... and the cashier smiled and said it's OK, you don't need it. I had never seen such evil manager in my life. Her name is Veronica and she gives the worst service to her employees and... customers. She screams and says all kinds of bad words mostly to her crew. It makes me sad the fact that she doesn't feel anyremorse for her workers, although most of them are Latin people like her. In my opinion, she doesn't fit that position. Amanager needs to be someone with a lot a of patience, since she is the one teaching. She doesn't have any kindness or patience.She takes it out on her workers and every person who gives her the chance. All my J1 friends were treated like the worst onesfor no reason and all of them left because no one stands her bad attitude. Besides that, she is not even fair with thepayments. Had to wait for 2-crispy chicken biscuits. No one ever brought our food out to us as we were told to wait. I had to got into... restaurant from waiting in drive through. No one would give the time of day so I had to be rude and basically yell to thecooking staff. Not worth the hassle. Read more
