Good food and drink with a large covered patio area. This is a large sports bar with ample seating both inside and outside. The... parking is a little tight. The food is good with some creative additions to the menu. Thr theme of the menu is standard barfood. The drink menu is a large assortment of beers and mixed drinks. The craft beer selection is mainly larger craft beercompanies. Nothing really local. The service is good but the day we were there, they were short staffed. Read more

UPDATE: I received a very nice response from the manager Melanie and she let me expand on my experience as well as let me know... that training will be improved. I appreciate their timely response; it shows that they care. My friend and I enjoyed dinner andhappy hour tonight at the Kimberly location. All was fine until I went to the bar to use the last paddle that they provide youfor happy hour. It was 7:25 and I was told that I couldn?t use it. We had just spent over $70 at the restaurant and wanted tofinish out the last of our drinks. I told the bartender I wasn?t aware of this ?policy? that they had as our server never toldus that when we ordered our last set of drinks at 6:58. I asked if there could be just one exception since we were just wrappingup our night there. He said ?no?. I then asked who the manager was and he just pointed to himself. Cool Harvey. I wasn?t askingto get our meal for free or really anything that cost a whole lot of money to you. It was a tap beer. Yet you threw out the word?policy? to me multiple times. As a consumer, I despise that word! I get every place has to have some control and rules, but Iwasn?t asking for a whole lot. When I told you that my family had been there two days prior and spent over $100 (we tip 20% +everytime too!) you acknowledged it but yet refused me anyway. I walked away from the bar and vow to never visit thisestablishment again. I RARELY complain about customer service, but refusing someone over something so minute is ridiculous.Again, we were never aware of your policy and should have been informed when we ordered our drinks two minutes prior to your?policy? deadline. Based on the dozens of other 1 star reviews this is obviously an ongoing issue that they have no desire to fix. We've lived 1/2... mile from there for 3 years; the first time we tried going there when we first moved we couldn't get anyone to give 6 of us foodservice (and drink service was also awful). We ended up leaving and spending our money at another bar that was happy to haveus. At least that day though it was somewhat busy. Today we tried again; there might have been 20 other customers there. 4 ofus sat at a table while two teenage servers either talked to the bartender or wandered around aimlessly together. Another olderwaitress walked past us twice, looked at us, and kept going. The bartender looked our way half a dozen times and didn't doanything--until another couple came in and sat down, and then he told one of the teenagers to help them after we had sat therefor 10 minutes without even getting a drink order. My girlfriend then said something to the bartender as we left about it (asshe used to be a server herself) and he was completely apathetic to it. No apologies, just "yeah" and "oh." So we wentsomewhere else and dropped our money there and that'll be the last time we try Anduzzi's. It wasn't busy. It wasn't a lack ofservers. It's a lack of professionalism. And management, don't bother posting "sorry, please contact us" because you have onestar reviews going back 5-6 years describing the same exact scenario. Great sports club atmosphere. Reggie was the bartender and recommended the anduzzi infusion wings that were 80¢ each. They were... great! Happy hour 1p-6p. Great service and food. Recommend for a casual setting or date night. Read more
