Great service and beautiful cakes. Had one made with gluten free oreos and it was fantastic.
Love it there, we go there after our walk or bike ride in the warmer months.
At the Dairy Queen. I'm the only person in line it's been about 10 mins, one person at the counter working on an order for the... folks ahead of me. The other worker is sitting in the back room on the phone. Still no acknowledgement from either worker. Ohwell guess it's time to move on. Read more
I went in and ordered a cake in advance for a birthday. I got told that their cake decorator forgot to decorate it when I went... to pick it up. The staff on duty did what they could to decorate it and offered me 25% off the price (which is fine for anaccommodation) but then reneged when they found out I already paid in advance. Instead they offered a free dilly bar orblizzard. Horrible customer service. Read more
Ordered a cake on the phone and everything was great went to go pick it up and not only did the girl have a horrible attitude... but they didn?t have any record of my order and since I didn?t pay for it right away which I was told I could pay when I pickedit up they basically just gave me a cake with happy birthday written in horrible writing. I just stopped in for a chilli dog, which was nicely loaded up with toppings. The service was fast and friendly. The store is... clean, and has a bit of seating inside. But if you want a burger, it isn't going to happen. They don't do burgers. Which is toobad, considering there's only one other fast food place in this whole town. Read more
I order a lot of cakes here for work birthdays and I really like how accommodating they are for custom orders, large orders,... ease of ordering and specific pickup days. I would post a picture but I always forget to take one. Try the blizzard cakes, youwill be happy you did! Read more
The best DQ location I've ever visited. Super friendly staff. Really clean store. You can't beat the location with 2 parks... adjacent (one of them great for watching the sunset over Lake Huron.) Read more
