Been here a few times. It is mostly for breakfast as one night I got here and though of supper but they were closed. They open... early but if they stayed open later they would get more business. The breakfast was fine. Not too far from where I was staying.I will be back this weekend of June the 24th for the car show in Kincardine. Read more

Excellent restaurant! First time eating at Jean's and was a great breakfast! I really enjoyed the kettle chip hash browns!... Everything was homemade and very tasty! It has a real family atmosphere and very courteous staff! I will definitely be back!Maybe next time for lunch or supper! Read more
Classic small town diner experience. You know once you see one of those paper placemats with the local business adverts that... you?ve come to the right place. Food was decent, pictured is the Hungry Man breakfast. Wife had a Greek omelet and remarked athow much feta cheese they used. High quality rye bread used for the toast. Very reasonable prices. Wife also remarked to meabout the nice, quality change table in the women?s restroom, which is of course helpful when you have kids. Service was good,the dining area is staffed by two pleasant waitresses, an older woman and a younger girl (always seems to be two when you?re inthese types of places - a master, and an apprentice). This was my first time going to this restaurant. It?s such a warm and welcoming place. The food was excellent, but I can tell... people go because they feel known. I watched as the manger or owner called people by name and when I needed to use the washroomshe watched my 14m old for me. They also allowed my little one to run around the restaurant and she had fun with him! It made mytime here all the more special. I highly recommend! Read more
