Typical McD's experience. We went inside to order, but any time we've been here the lineup for the drive-thru has been very long... (basically out onto the street). There was plenty of parking available though. Because it was so busy, our order took a littlewhile. The good thing is, despite how busy they were they got everything in our order correct, and that seems like a rare thingat any fast food place, so good on them. Would visit this location again. A very tight indoor ordering area. Pleasant servers but ordering a coffee and tea at the indoor counter was slow. Indoor seating... not too busy but busy drive thu just off Highway 21. Has kiosk ordering available. Read more
Went here yesterday, ordered meal, came to $7.33, new girl taking orders, very nice, polite and happy, my only issue is the fact... she DIDN'T ask if I wanted to round up my purchase for RMHC donation, and instead just assumed I wanted too? Because I receivedNO CHANGE on my purchase. Oblivious to this, needless to say I was still sitting in my car at the drive through window waitingfor my change while cars behind me are wondering what's going on and why I'm still sitting there! Myself as well, so I move upto the pick up window where I ask the girl, "do you not give out change anymore?" She's all ummmm, so I grab my bag, drive off,and that's when I look at my receipt and it shows that they had pressed the donation button themselves, WITHOUT my permission ORknowledge!!!!!! They forgot my dipping sauce. When someone orders nuggets, wouldn't whoever packs the bag just automatically think, "oh , maybe... they want some dipping sauce with their nuggets." I also asked for the sauce at the drive through order machine. Drive all theway home, zero sauce in bag, Not going to drive back. So just eat dry nuggets. Bad. Read more
Cashier/Server did a great job with a smile. Waited 11 min in drive thru. Was asked to park and wait for my order about 6 min.... Very under staffed. Food was hot. Milkshake was fantastic Read more
Just your typical McDonald's, but a very large space lots of seating inside and also outside. Staff are very kind. The lineup... for the car take out (drivethru) was very long, but inside was very open and fast to order. There is an auto order machine andof course order with staff. Parts of the inside are blocked off for covid but a lot is open again. Read more
Even with a quarter menu ( cause of the fire, no deep fryer) they are still the most useless bunch of workers ever! To just get... a coffee and muffin with no one queuing. Expect to wait 15 + min ?. Read more
