Ordered on App, was given pick up time of 6:25. Ordered not prepared and when finally made was a 45 min wait. No manager all... kids working so couldn't speak to anyone. Will never use app again and won't be ordering for a long time! Read more
Certain staff were off putting to several people in one visit, completely contaminating avocado with ample amounts of steak, and... just not listening at all, when trying to help him. Other staff looked uncomfortable but didn't help either, saw walk outs and 'are you under new management?' was asked. Read more

The app showed me time for my order to be ready. When i got there, the order was not ready which is okay as the place was busy.... I reluctantly asked after waiting for 5 minutes whether my order is being prepared. Instead of letting me know that its almostready or anything, the lady with a piercing in her lip very rudely told me that the store is busy and they must cater to peoplewho are in the line first. Im standing there thinking that why did i even bother with the app if the time given in the appdoesn't mean anything. Their snotty behavior on top of that is another issue. Horrible customer service. You wanna feel likesomebody's doing you a grand favor by taking your money for food, visit this place. Read more
Pretty sad I did 2 online orders to save myself life $14. I walked in and asked if they had the $24 for 3 twelve inch subs. Girl... was snotty with saying Nope. Ok fine so I ordered online to get the deal. We are from out of town. I walked in after ordering my2 orders. Myself and another customer were in the store with 3 staff behind counter. My second order printed to make. It'spretty basic as it's for my picky child. The young teenage girl with red lipstick showing her co workers saying "oh i don't knowif I can make this, it's pretty hard. (Bacon and cheese) oh I don't know. Who ever ordered this just wasted their money andobviously must have alot of money and is rich. Like who says stuff like that. I didn't say anything as I didn't want to cause ascene but totally unprofessional and disgusting. Customers in the store as u complain about what they order. Great place to eat. The staff work under a tremendous amount of pressure and still keep up with online and walk ins. They... prepare my sub special for me everytime I ask. They remember who I am and what I want.! Read more
I've never been impressed with the service here, but tonight's crew did amazing! They asked if I wanted meat heated when I... declined the toasting, they to mark the subs, we were greeted and told to have a good day. Great job to tonight's staff! Well first off, it took the girl serving me 32 seconds to get her gloves on. Had no idea where the Tuna was or what kind of... bread was what. No idea how to spread the Tuna. Couldn't get the cheese apart. Was more concerned with what the girl behind mewas taking about than my order. The day before I was in and a foot long Tuna was 11.05. Today it was 11.18.
