It was one of the nicest McDs I've ever been in. Employees were friendly and the dining area was exceptionally clean.

What can I say, they didn't mess up the order this time. Good job! I'd rather my order right in a decent amount of time versus... wrong and very quick. Let's not talk about slow and a wrong order. The line was not all long, but it took a great deal of time to get something as simple as a happy meal.
Every time I go through the drive thru, I have to park to wait on my order and it usually takes almost 10 minutes to get my... order. If you have to wait over 15 minutes, they usually give you a refund. Read more
For years we have come thru the drive thru to make our purchase ( almost on a weekly basis). Today we decided to go in and dine.... And this will be our last. The order was incorrect. Could not get a receipt, dining area was dirty, tables sticky, bathroom washorrible with no paper towels. The condiments area was dirty, no lids, unorganized. There was only one other couple in thedining area with us, and maybe 5 cars went thru the drive thru area in the hour we was there. I have never been a fan ofMcDonald's, but my family is, so I'm glad to go with them. But no more for me at this establishment. I gave it one star, becausethat was the only way to leave a review, and there was one employee, that was very polite. Read more

My son thought he was starving so pulled in at westlake, la.The service was quick n food good
