Better service than Mick D's in Kinder! They get your order right 90% of the time. The staff is polite and friendly! We go to... Sonics all the time for my wife's fountain cokes. The freaking order kiosk! Pulled into a slot to find the menu/ordering kioskcompletely out. Not just one - many of them are out! Come on Sonic's owners. You got in this game to make money. These orderingkiosk are most of your customers process of ordering and paying. Step 1. Go to each kiosk and see if it works and write down theissue. Step 2. Call Sonic's Service IT support. Or you can go the cheap route and tape a sign on the kiosk that says "This slotis for purchases on the Sonic mobile app!" Step 3. Give your workers a raise because they have to take people's debit card andtry multiple kiosk to see if it works because the one the customer pulled up to didn't work. Read more
Ordered online and didn't have to wait long at all!!! Waitress was very friendly. Need to have staff take a class on the Sonic... App!!! The answer idk anything about the app is not acceptable considering you work there!! Read more
Waited 30+ minutes. My hamburger was awful & not hot. Tasted funny. I wrapped it back up & put back in the bag. Husband's... breakfast burrito not hot. Ordered the dog 5 chicken tender only. Rec'd 3 tenders. Good thing only 3 because she threweverything up. Not going back to Kinder, La Sonic. $17 for garbage, in my opinion. Read more
Drop in quality lately. Tater tots smelled and tasted fishy. Told them and suggested they change their grease. They offered me... another order of tots...from the same grease! ???? I mean, I appreciate the offer, but... Really? Ordered Unsweet Tea. Gotsweet tea. 2 days in a row! Ordered a corn dog and specified "4 mustard packs please". Got zero mustard. They just can't seem toget anything correct right now for some reason. More training? Better hiring practices? IDK Sadly disappointed. Read more

Love sonic always great food and service. Food is out at a normal time. Friendly workers. Only thing I can say to help is ask... people if they need condiments we never get any qith our order always have to call back in. But other than that love sonicburgers and hotdogs. Read more
A few thing's: This sonic Has great customer service, And sometimes food. The "Onion Rings" At this particular Sonic I've gotten... maybe 4 times and every time They were Greasy. I don't have any pictures of the food, but I did come across this and it wasn'tvery appealing. Read more
