Subway is always amazing food wise! We absolutely love their sandwiches but at this location the customer service is terrible!... When I asked about a coupon on the app I was told you have to place a mobile order to use it. When told that the app is down Iwas then told ?that?s not our fault and we can?t do anything about that?. And addressed in such a rude manor! Obviously I don?tcare about using the coupon at this point but at least apologize and say you will check into it! The app is always down btw. It wasnt a good experience from the time we walked in and left worker was very rude in the front other employee was sitting on... his phone at the table while on the clock place was nasty not clean including the bathroom. Worker didnt want to make oursandwhich and was frowning the whole time we were there yelled at the other worker to get up and help. He was touching his facewith the glove he was wearing and rubbing his nose while making our sandwhiches couldn't eat it nasty. Read more
Ordered two turkey bacon guacamole?s for my mother and I. There was absolutely zero guacamole and the lettuce was brown and... soggy. They were both inedible. I called to ask for new sandwiches to be made and we?d return these but they unplugged theirphone after I called 6 times, and I never complain but... this is the worst tasting, dirtiest, nastiest and least decent subwayI ever went to and will not be back.
