Horrible customer service. The girl working was extremely rude. I wanted a medium fries to share and when i placed the order the... girl working didn?t say anything. Then she starts calling for a small fries. 10 minutes pass and she tells us they don?t have amedium fries. She gives us the small and they were cold by the time we got them. Would of been nice to know before we payed. Read more

Whenever I get the Ice Cream Logs or anything of that nature, this location is acceptable. I tried the burgers a couple times,... always cold and never could finish them. This location does have a surpringly clean bathroom. So overall this one is a mixedbag. Read more

Menu items fairly accurately made. It seems that most staff members lack understanding of English except for menu items and... prices (one didn't know what I meant by a loonie). Property is worn down and requires renovations (almost no paint left onexterior surfaces). Interior is sometimes uncared for along with worn out furnishings. There could stand to be less staffstanding around and waiting for customers and more cleaning the dining area and restrooms. Entrance and exit door handles aredisgustingly dirty which I avoid contact with whenever possible. It seems to be more of a social event than work for theemployees. Read more

Stopped in while traveling across Canada, to receive extremely overcooked chicken strips & onion rings and my husbands burger... was dry as well. His poutine was soggy cold fries, covered in gravy and a very small amount of cheese . Eating area seemed okay,but we were sad to discover filthy washrooms, overflowing garbages and rancid ketchup packages.Not busy, ( a virtually emptyrestaurant & now we know why ) but the staff were just standing around talking instead of cleaning up this dump. Verydisappointing & certainly NOT up to Dairy Queen's standards. Inspection required ! zero stars. Read more

We were on a long road trip and decided to get some ice cream. As we still had hours of driving left we used the washrooms in... turn. My companions told me that I should maybe use the mens washroom because it was likely a bit cleaner. I am not comfortablewith that do used the ladies. The state of that bathroom made me leave and throw out what was left of my food. After all, if thebathroom is that disgusting what must the kitchen be like? Right? My advice is to go elsewhere! Went inside to order. Wasn?t greeted with hello, hi, hey, nothing besides a dumbfounded look in their face. Made my order,... walked to pop machine that was covered in other peoples garbage. Waited for my food and couldn?t help looking around the diningarea. Well the amount of food, garbage and other things on the floor and tables was disgusting! But wait there is more. Twostaff members sitting on milk crates doing nothing!!! 10 out of 10 wouldn?t recommend. If the dining area looks like that, onecan only imagine how the kitchen looks. Read more

Stopped in from Saskatoon. Stores in comparison to those in Saskatoon from cleanliness...a Zero rating. Outside needs painting... badly...bathrooms were dirty. Yet had toiletpaper, running water and toilets worked. That said, you blew Tim Hortons away onthe opposite side of thr road. They had no water to wash your hands....blow dryers didn't work and were dirty. Yet DQ werefriendly and our shakes were what we expected. TIM's employees were rude and were not speaking English. Visited July 30 2021. Just because the building is old doesn't mean cleaning should be neglected. In the era of COVID, it's... totally unacceptable for tables to be left unwiped all day (or even for 5 mins after a guest leaves) to the point of beingsticky to the touch, or for the common areas to be allowed to deteriorate from a cleanliness standpoint. Franchise owner shouldbe audited by DQ headquarters for standards and practices. Perhaps they don't value representing the brand anymore and wouldprefer to operate an independent diner to their own standards. Read more
