The line at this location was long and had somewhat of a wait. Believe this to be my first visit here, we waited in line and... ordered. Quite tasty for a chicken biscuit and steak biscuit at noon. The bo biscuit had a different look - more of a turnovervs biscuit. Didn't try them this time but heard they were pretty good. Also got a sweet tea that was better than okay. Love the food but no need to be a stickler on sauces. Only giving one for multiple tenders would be wonderful.
Proceeded to stand in line without being greeted or helped. Total time to get two combos was over a 30 minute wait. To be clear,... we were the only two customers inside the entire store. After the 30 minute wait, I asked the wait staff how much longer itwould be and they proceeded to tell me they forgot to put the chicken in and offered me a refund or to wait. **Update. Take pride in your work. Ask yourself would you be happy to receive this? In my opinion this is the worst bojangles location.... Who do they have putting these biscuits together. I bet when they make one for themselves it doesn't look like this. And it'seither no seasoning on the fries or so much you can't eat them. Tea is always so hot that it's all ice and no drink. This location of Bojangles is one of the best I've eaten at. The restaurant is very clean, the staff are really friendly and... professional, the food is cooked extremely well and the environment is quite pleasant. The restrooms are clean and tidy withlots of room, and fully stocked with soap, toilet paper and paper towls/ hand drier. The parking lot is spacious. We stoppedfor lunch here while traveling with the Scouts BSA. I ate the two piece dark meat entrée with green beans, fries and tea. Myson ate the for piece Supreme with fries and tea. Both were absolutely delicious. You have to make u-turn to get here whentraveling east-bound on the interstate but the intersection is very wide and easily navigated. The owners of this location aredoing things right and it could be used as an example for other locations to follow! I would absolutely eat here again. Read more
Pulled up to go In, door locked before 7:00 pm. Waited in drive thru line and we never moved. 2 cars pulled off and left. We... pulled off to leave looked inside all windows as we went by no one to be seen inside at all. Not good business, drove down theroad to university to get food. Read more
