There was no tea at all and when asked if there was any in the back on the drive-through side was looked at like it was a... burden. There was no tea at all and no one offered to make any. ½ of the condiments where already put up at 630pm. After theymade 4 trips to the back and asking us what we want 1 thing at a time. After the 4 of us got through the line we got to eat 25mins later... no customer service anymore. Read more
First time I have ever been here. This was an absolute horrible experience. I asked for my sub to be toasted it was not. Ordered... a combo to which the guy repeated what I ordered and still didn?t give me my drink and chips until I asked again for them at thewindow. Was barely any meat on the sub. Let?s not forget the fact that we were the only customers there and we literally sat inthe drive thru for 18 minutes. I asked the guy what the sanitation rating for the restaurant was since it wasn?t posted anywhereand he replied ? I literally just started working here and don?t know what a sanitation rating is. Couldn?t tell you if the food was any good, employees went to help defend Ukraine so they didn?t have anyone to open the doors... and turn the lights on when they we?re supposed to be opening up this morning. Thoughts and prayers. Read more

Normally, we love this location but this time was less than mediocre. My fiancé loves the salads from here but this is half of... what he normally receives from there. Ayla (I think that was her name) didn?t seem like she knew exactly what she was doing. Shetried to charge him for a sub when we got a ?salad? and couldn?t remember what type of wrap I got, even though she just made it.He also didn?t get salad dressing. Very disappointing experience. It never fails when I order through the drive thru, they don?t make my sub how I ask. I specifically asked for extra extra... Mayo, extra pickles, and extra black olives. This is pitiful. I have been a fan of Subway for many many years but this store has changed that. Last week we weren't feeling up to fixing... dinner so I decided to order sandwiches delivered. I will not do that again. Apparently if you don't supervise the constructionof your sandwich you get whatever they decide to put on. I ordered my usual veggie with cheese and paid extra for smashedavocado. The sandwich I received was missing five of the ingredients I selected including the avocado for which I paid extra. Iam including a picture of the sandwich I ended up with, would anyone order this as a meal? I reached out by email and receiveda standard form email back from the regional manager who assured me the store manager would follow up with me. A full week laterI have yet to hear from anyone so I guess I can let you decide if you want to risk a similar experience and continue to makethis store money. Food was good, tuna sandwichs. However the young boy who was flipping his hair with no hair net or cover was disgusting. When I... called him out and the girls starting yelling at him generated some attitude ????.
