This Wendy's is the slowest drive-thru in king. There were 3 vehicles in front of me and it took 27 minutes from the time I... entered the line until I got my good. It is ALWAYS slow. The one saving grace is the $5 biggie bag. Read more

The food is always stale, the fries are always undercooked or old. Gave this place a final chance today at 6pm. 10.08 for a... spicy chicken combo complete waste of money. Couldnt even eat half of my chiken it was thin and rocl hard. Service is decent butthe food sucks. Cant risk wasting the money so im never going back! Read more

Teller was friendly, food tasted ok, was poorly assembled. They were allegedly waiting on a delivery and out of many menu items... and components of limited time signature items. We left fed, but hardly impressed. With the recent price increases possiblespeed is all they have going over diners that make better meals for the same or less money. Read more

This is quite possibly the worst Wendy?s in NC. I?ve spent 30 minutes in this line countless times. Every time I give them... another chance, they remind me of why I can?t stand that red headed demon. Your better off going to the Golden Arches over tothe left of it. I?m always served quickly and with a kind smile. Read more

Without a doubt, the worst Wendy's location that I have ever visited. Saying that the service is subpar would be overstating... their care and abilities significantly. Orders are routinely slow and inaccurate when using the drivethru and if you are braveenough to ask for it to be corrected, then be prepared for a lecture from the staff about how you could have been a bettercustomer. Dining inside is like visiting a fast food restaurant that time forgot. I don't expect much but ripped upholstery, broken tables, stained walls and stained carpets are a bit hard to handle. It would also be nice to have a little music orperhaps one of the televisions to be functional in order to distract from the staff behind the counter having conversations thatare peppered with foul language and speaking rudely about customers that are still within earshot. If you're reading this andconsidering visiting, I cannot urge you strongly enough to avoid this location. Seriously. Starving to death would be apreferable alternative to enduring what I described previously in addition to their somehow always stale tasting food. If youhappen to be reading this and you are the franchise owner then I have to congratulate you on owning a Wendy's location that is astain on the brand and a consistent embarrassment. My advice is to just stop. Raze the location to the ground, salt the earth onwhich it stood and erect a privacy fence around the area to protect the public from the memory of the place. Read more

My mother, daughter and I are traveling back from South Carolina not Michigan, stopped for gas and lunch. Ordered a frosty for... my daughter who has Autism and that is the only item aside from French fries from Wendy?s menu she will eat. Frosty?s are one ofmost commonly ordered, popular item, How can they be out? I ordered the hot n honey classic with no bacon and a side ofmayonnaise. Upon receiving my sandwich I got a sandwich with cheese, no sauce was on it, no pickle chips either, and no side ofmayo. I ordered a water, was given a soda, not a water. My moms coffee was cold. We were not given my daughters small fry thatwas ordered. Asked again for some mayonnaise, was not given it. When I received the new hot honey sandwich the cheese washalfway fallen off the sandwich and the sauce was splattered on so poorly I could not even pick it up without getting it allover my hand. Also our French fries had no salt on them. Absolutely horrible experience and service as the employees just gotbad attitudes and treated us poorly because they didn?t do their job the right way in the first place. This kind of experiencemakes me want to never support Wendy?s and their franchises anymore. Read more

Food was warm and didn?t taste fresh. Leftovers are better than this. Got two 4 for 4?s and a deluxe. Employee?s we?re making... remarks about customers in the store. They were not in uniform without aprons. I ordered a Dr Pepper but didn?t taste like asoda AT ALL! We got in line with 3 cars in front of us and 2 left instantly. Drive thru machine was broken so we had to go tothe first window. Gave us 1/2 and order of fries in the cup. Awful service and food. Will never go back. Read more

This Wendy?s is ridiculous. I mobile ordered, got to the drive thru and it took almost 5 minutes to finally take my order. When... I told them I had a mobile order they asked me to come in. I parked and went inside and waited about 10-15 minutes beforesomeone actually asked if I had the mobile order. I said yes and apparently the order hadn?t even been started. People wereordering food and getting it before me, and I?m talking full family?s of 4-6. They made my chocolate frosty-ccinos, 3 of themand instead I got three espresso coffees. I could not taste any frosty in mine, just straight coffee. It took almost 6 creamersto make my sisters frosty-ccino slightly bearable to drink. The guy who made the frostys almost seemed high off his rocker orwas to tired to function. It took him almost two minutes to put the frosty-ccinos in the drink tray which is ridiculous. It tooka total of 32 minutes to get my mobile order ready. The frosty-ccinos also sat for those 32 minutes and the food was just throwntogether and was also cold. All the fries were also dumped straight in the bag. Waste of time and money. Read more
