Great food and very attentive staff. It's a big restaurant with two patios and lots of sitting space. Live band on Friday.
What an exceptional experience in a spectacular setting! Walked into this magnificent restaurant for the first time with my... friend, not knowing what to expect. We were both captivated and in awe with the elegant atmosphere, cleanliness and beautifulhistoric surroundings. We enjoyed a terrific meal, excellent wine, all accompanied by caring and professional service. Bigthank you to the servers and hosts who made us feel most welcome and taken care of. Beautiful place to eat! The atmosphere is so elegant and charming! The service was friendly and attentive! ???? ???? My friend... and I had a Greek Salad and they happily accommodated me for my food allergies which was awesome! We also shared the friedcalamari… delicious!! Very good coffee too! As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you’re transported into a historic upscale eatery with European decor. It was... established in 1851. The place feels charming and cozy. The menu has no veg options except the salads but the chef preparedveggie pasta for me and it was good. They have an extensive patio, a pub downstairs and also a terrace. Read more
I don't write a lot of reviews, especially poor ones - Business owners have hard a hard go lately and I sympathize. But, $17... plus tip for this take out "caesar salad" - see attached photo - make your own call... This atrocity was served in styrofoamcontainer and plastic bag. Read more
I came here a month ago and I gotta say the food and place is very fancy and they tasted good. I got tuna tartare and it was... amazing and one of the mains salmon fish was great. I also had grilled calamari as an appetizer for first time and its not badand if it was fried it probably would've been better but I was glad that it wasn't so fattening. One of my mains chickenparmesan was really good and the portions were big. Even though the food was good the whole bill for the meal for 2 was almost$200 but I still had good experience. Read more
We hosted a surprise birthday dinner for my husband. The place was immaculate, Anna meticulously looked after every detail from... setting up a gorgeous room, table and impeccable service. At one point I looked up and we had 5 servers coming all at once, sothat she could ensure we all ate at the same time. They were all on their game - fast, super kind, quiet as they came in andout. I'd see them come in the room discreetly, or poke their heads in to see where we were all at, so they could plan theirnext move to clear, or bring in the next course. Anna is a complete class act - she is probably the best I have ever seen ather business - genuinely cares about making an excellent experience for people and she works extremely hard going from front andback of the house - she is not a Manager that lets her team do all the work. She is right in there with them. The food wasamazing for everyone - not a single bad or disappointing dish. The ambiance was stunning, dimly lit, great music....It was justspectacular and everyone had an amazing time. Highly, highly recommend for any event. Read more
