This location is super unorganized. Ordered online through the app and came to pick it up, turns out they gave my order to... someone else without checking who ordered it. Then said wait 10 minutes so they can make my order again. On top of that theywouldn?t include a complimentary drink or dessert when I asked them to because of their poor customer service. Its a newlocation but they should just shut down this location and save themselves the cost since they don?t know how to do simpletransactions. Rather make the trip to the Richmond Hill location, at least they have your order ready on time Read more
