Lady that was working at the register on 07/29 at 12:10 p.m she was sleeping with her head laying on the register computer I... waited little bit she seemed woke up and told her I want chicken sandwich and just a freaking fries but she still managed ringme the nuggets!!! No employees were in the restaurant. I thought because there was little business due to the virus someone was in the back. I... called out "Burger King" multiple times and waited at least ten minutes before a lady came from outside of the restaurant andbarked at me to stop yelling at her. I said I was calling out to her, not yelling. She said she was the only one there and hadto go to the restroom. I said she should put out a sign, "back in 5 minutes." She then refused me service. I go to the Burger King sometimes. They have good customer service sometimes when they are happy. Food sometimes are fresh.... Employees are clean but sometimes the restroom isn't clean.
