Me and my lady did lunch here about 3 weeks ago. Food was good! And looked very presentable. Didn't take long to be seated or... for our food to come out. Overall everything was good. Terrible slow service with a 25% capacity. Numerous groups got up and left before ordering due to lack of servers... presence. Ordered a Bloody Mary which is supposed to come with celery, pickles, and olives for garnish. Went Saturday night with my family so it was pretty busy. Not a lot of servers were there that night but that didn?t affect our... service. Our food came out in a timely manner. The food was good. I also got the sample appetizer (amazing). We ended up gettingour Dessert to-go because we were just too tired and ready to go home at that point. Our waiter came back with it and I decidedto check to see how it looked but to my surprise it was burgers and fries instead!!! Lol! When he came back I just told him andhe switched it out for me. We were seated pretty quickly. Our waiter was friendly. Our food was good. A little packed for the night but food still came out... fast. Kids really enjoyed their food. Everything was good here. There was an abundance of food and everything was hot and fresh.Really can?t beat the 2 for $25 meal deal. Read more
Our server Amy had an attitude and wasn?t attentive at all. She made us wait 10 minutes to greet us, then another 15 minutes for... a sprite.. mind you, The restaurant wasn?t busy. Everything we asked she had a smart response. She ignored us half the time andhad to keep calling her over. The drink she made me from the bar was terrible, so I told her I didn?t like it and she snatchedit off the table & said ?well what else did you want?. The food was disgusting and tasted old and as if it had been sitting forat least 20 minutes under a heater before coming to our table. The brisket had mold on it, YES MOLD. The bbq chicken wasundercooked, my chicken crispers tasted as if they were fried in old oil and were super soggy. The manager Susan came over andwas very confrontational and had an aggressive remark for everything I told her and tried to stick up for Amy?s terriblebehavior and the disgusting, moldy food. I already started demolishing the food once it hit the table lol. It was good, the service wasn?t bad, drinks were good but not... the strongest. Food is cheap. It?s goood spot if you?re not looking for anything fancy. Read more
The service was great, safety rules of spacing in place well. The soup and salad I got was perfect after a trio of appetizers.... Not a fan of the southwest egg roll but served nicely. Not much of a wait-20 minutes late Sunday afternoon. Read more
Always enjoy eating at Chili?s??but the King of Prussia location left a lot to be desired. In all fairness, the food was very... good. The service was beyond horrible. We were seated shortly after 3 and were one of half a dozen couples in the restaurant.Our side had roughly 3 tables to one server. She hardly recognized we were here. She took 15 minutes to bring us drinks, butdid have our chips and salsa out quickly. The rest of the food also came out quickly, however, our waitress never came back torefill our drinks until 30 minutes later. This was pretty much how it went. Some other person cleared our empty dishes and justwalked away without asking if we needed anything. FORTY minutes later and still, no one came back. We had to go up to the bar toget refills. I understand when it?s busy, but the rush didn?t even happen until 5pm, and by then more servers had arrived. Wewere planning on getting dessert, but again, no one ever came back to check on us.
