Talking about a shop that's poorly managed.. i came in at noon and they didn't have half the stuff available including... guacamole, corn, sour cream and grilled veggies. The worst Chipotle I?ve ever been too. It?s dirty and always missing ingredients. I?ve never ordered from there and haven?t had... my order messed up. For some reason the never have vegetables. All they serve here is attitude and bad manners. Just went for dinner with family, they abruptly assume people know what they DO... NOT serve or is "online only". Btw, if you serve it through online orders but not walk-ins, what is the difference? Judgingfrom past reviews it seems management do not follow-up on complaints or fixing the issue of very poor work ethic. Had multiple orders messed up throughout my time getting food from this exact location. Order here if you want missing items... that you paid for or missing/incorrect ingredients in your order. This has not happened once or twice I?m talking about overseveral times. It has become a pattern for them, never order during lunch hours or dinner hours. They basically will mess up dueto high traffic and/or staff just not caring at all. If I could put 0 stars I would. I went in at 6:40 p.m on June 30, 2022 for lunch and when I had a bite out of my chips I noticed... it was stale, as hard as a piece of cardboard. When I brought this to the attention of the females working in the front, one ofthem responded by saying she could only provide a refund. I explained I would still like to have chips with my meal, I justwanted a different bag of chips. To which she replied by saying that all the chips are going to taste the same because they arefrom the same batch. I told her "So you guys are just selling stale chips?" and she said "I guess so". I cannot believe the"service" I received from this Chipotle. I am a frequent customer here but today they lost a loyal customer. I will be going tothe Panera down the street. Read more

Worst Chipotle I've ever been too. Service was testable. The girl acted like I was terrible for coming in and ordering food. I... mean how dare I make her work. Worst chipotle experience I?ve ever had. I walked in this location on August 29th at 7:40pm. There was one single person on the... line and multiple people arguing in the kitchen. The person that was on the line by themselves went to sit down as soon as meand my party walked in. We stood there for about 5 minutes before she got back up to greet the person before us. The people inthe kitchen poked their head out and offered no help. As soon as the lady finished the order of the person before me, she wentto the kitchen and yelled at them for help. About a minute later she walked out, no one helped so we walked out. There wasanother party of 5 people after us. The restaurant was FILTHY! the pictures speak for themselves & the customer service was theworst I?ve ever had at any chipotle. The bar was below ground on this one. Read more
