This place was amazing! My husband and I went last night for my birthday dinner, and it was so so good. We started off with a... small seafood tower, even though it's presented as a platter. I can't tell you how amazing this was. I'm not a fan of calamaribecause it's usually to chewy. I ate half the basket it came in because it was so tender! Then the scallops were to die for,and don't get me started on the lobster. As we were eating it, we wished we got the medium to share instead of the small. Themain course was great too! I got a pasta dish with shrimp and my husband got a steak. Most of the menu is a la cart, so we gottwo sides to share. The one photo I took of the main course was when we were half way done eating it (because I forgot to takea photo before hand). Then for dessert we got the chocolate lava cake (they call it something more fancy but I can't rememberwhat it was). They wrote happy birthday on it and put a candle on the plate for me - very sweet. Atmosphere is really nice, alittle to dark - especially to read the menu. But that was the only time I had an issue with the lighting. I can see this beingan issue for older folks that have worst sight then I do. I forgot the waiters name, but he was really awesome. He explained theentire menu to us as it was our first time. I can't drink due to pregnancy, but wanted to feel fancy and asked for a soda in awine glass. He went above and beyond and put little cherries in it to make me feel even more fancy. He was awesome! All in all,it was a VERY expensive meal for the two of us. Know that going in, but it was well well worth it. This place is absolutely incredible, big thanks to the amazing food, but even bigger thanks to the customer service. Me and a... group of friends came to celebrate a special occasion and our waiter Christopher was amazing. Even got us a vase to put flowersfor a friend of ours. AND helped us do a special dessert presentation for our friend. He made sure to take care of all 10 of usextremely well. I will always hold this place in high esteem. You have a customer for life. I was extremely disappointed with my last visit to Davio’s. I went on a Sunday with my family for a birthday. It wasn’t... crowded at all but service was slow. Calamari was really salty. Cheesesteak egg rolls’ meat was kind of mushy. Steak was okay.My dad got the Davio’s steak sauce on the side but it was not good. It was cold, chunky and unexpectedly sweet. Mashedpotatoes were average and Brussels sprouts were over cooked. Pastas we’re bland and too al dente. The chocolate cake tookabout 20 minutes to be ready and this was communicated with us. We would have been fine with it but were shocked by the lack offlavor (again…seemed to be a theme). How does one mess up chocolate cake?! My wife and I have been coming to Davio's since they opened 4/5 years ago. Great restaurant that we are fortunate to have close... to us. I have had about everything on the menu several times over but must say the Braised Short Rib Entree is by far myfavorite. Food quality and Service has always been top notch and the bartenders are very friendly and engaging. Highlyrecommend to anyone in the King of Prussia area looking for a phenomenal experience. I absolutely loved this place! My wife took me here for my Birthday Dinner, and I was impressed at every turn! One of the Best... in memory. From a super polite greeting chock full of professional friendliness that seemed really genuine to the last longgoodbye that made you sad the night was over. I was expecting something like your run of the mill Italian restaurant with theprocessed meat, but man oh man, I have never been more happy to be wrong. That was the best food I've ever had on my Birthday!Crazy Delicious, and the presentation is enough to make you wish you could just move in and live in a back room or something.I'm sorry I started eating before I remembered to take some pictures. I had the crab cakes that were all crab meat and the bestI ever tasted! Everything was Soo flavorful! Next time I get the short ribs. Or waiter Keith was the most knowledgeable waiterI've ever experienced. Really Great dude! I would recommend requesting him. The manager Joe was really awesome. Very gracious inthe way he explained why we couldn't bring a Whole Cake in to be sliced and distributed. Only real cloud in that Beautiful BlueSky that is Davio's! I think I can live with that. Wow. Easy 5/5. So freaking good. Every dish was fantastic. I went here for my birthday dinner and almost everything was great!... (Not the biggest fan of their steak. It was over cooked and under seasoned. I’m sure I could’ve sent it back for them torecook but I’m not that person so I just suffered lol). We accidentally missed our planned breakfast and decided to find a brunch location... this SUPER EXCEEDED our expectations. I... couldn't find a review about brunch but do glad we gave Davio's a chance. From the service to the giant pop overs we couldn'tget enough. We obviously had to try the cheesesteak spring rolls - delicious! Great flavors and perfect cooking on everything. Iloved how the espresso was freshly ground. A must try location. Great pricing! The food is pretty amazing I have to say it was probably one of the best steaks I've ever had to date. The restaurant itself is... very beautiful it's nestled in a very nice shopping center in King of Prussia. I absolutely loved our waiter he was perfect forour table and I definitely would say the atmosphere was really nice! This is not a run of the mill steakhouse it's definitely alittle pricey but in this case you get what you pay for and the food was pretty delicious!
