First time I ever ordered from dominos. It's been over an hour and the tracker says it's being "quality checked". No call, text... or any kind of communication. Keyon ( the person that's doing the quality check) apparently must really be studying my pizzahard. Ruined dinner night for my family since we all have been sitting here waiting for something that obviously isn't coming.Horrible experience and now I see they only have 2.1 stars. I ordered a bread bowl and receive this burnt slop I not only waited two hours for my delivery when I got here the driver told... me were short apply for a job if you don't like it . I love the bread bowls i would not feed this to my dog why would you sendthis wrong item to begging with bug brunt n dried out completely disappointed ! Below is a photo of the "cheese steak" that was given to us. It has a few little chunks of steak. I posted on Twitter, tagging... dominos bc (in my experience) local branches tend to be less and helpful (besides, read the reviews here, lol.) Dominos repliedthat they noticed the local team to call me. This was 10 days ago. Never got a called. I never ever leave reviews on anything but I feel like I have to. I have ordered from this Domino?s many times and every single... time my pizza takes a minimum of an hour to two hours to be received for delivery. I live within four minutes of the location.The online tracker is wrong and when I get a text message that the driver is on the way it could be another 30 to 45 minutes.When you call the store, I can tell that they are frustrated and understaffed which I understand. But the online informationshouldn?t say I will get a pizza within 21 to 31 minutes if it?s going to be more than triple that amount of time. I?ve pickedup from the location and that is quicker but I will never order delivery from them again. Read more

This place is understaffed and employee faces rath of customers everyday, guys here work in under so much pressure and can be... seen arguing with customers because of the same. I faced a very terrible experience, an argument went very bad, when i justconfronted for a wrong and very delayed order. But i realized that the mistake is not of the person serving me wrong food because he was just trying to do job of may be 5 people, I must say the owner of this franchise is nuts who does not care aboutthe employee and neither of customers... DOMINOS has to intervene immediately as the image of their is being tarnishedhere. Waited 40 mins for a pizza to be made, one employee made another quit on the spot. After that his manager told him to go home.... He then refused and sat in the back of the kitchen. This location has improved a lot from what they were a year ago. We ordered pizza on a Friday night and it was ready and... delivered to my house, nice and hot, within 30 minutes. The delivery driver, Franklin, is super nice and friendly as well. Ilike to order from Dominos because of their pan pizzas and their buy two or more deals. You can also sign up and earn rewardpoints for free food. I was able to redeem a free pizza from those points. Another really good product is the cheese breadwith spinach and feta.
