Door Dashers! Staaaaaay AWAY from this place after 7pm. They expect dashers to wait in drive through for 20/30 minutes when we... can CLEARLY see the order on the counter ready for pick up DOES THAT MAKE SENSE???? By the time we receive the order (after min 30 minutes) food is ICE COLD! NOT fair to the customer?.ice cold food?? 30 minutes AFTER pickup time?? I?ve reported thislocation to door dash customer service and I HOPE they are removed from the platform. They don?t care about customer service ifthey?re making dashers (there on behalf of a PAYING CUSTOMERS) wait in drive through for 20 or more minutes only to receive icecold food! Get it together!!!!! I gave them too many chances and everytime I order from them I get stale fries??????????? other McDonald?s I?ve been to are... better than this one. It?s like they reuse their fries and they are never fresh, even my coworkers complain that they are superstale. Whoever is making the food overnight needs to be fired. Or at least whoever was making the food at 2am on Tuesday, 9/13/22.... Every single time i get food here, there is either cold fries, or they make the wrong food. I don't understand how it's sodifficult to mess uo a double wuarter pounder with no ketchup and no mustard, but somehow every time there is something wrong(this time, for example, there was one burger patty and I'm pretty sure they just gave me the kids meal cheeseburger orwhatever). Idk how this location is during the day, but at night, it's trash. Go to Wawa if you need a bite to eat. Read more
I'm not a fan of the burgers but the children enjoy the happy meals, and the disney toys that comes with it. I was glad to see... pokemon cards in them recently, that has saved me trips to the store???????????? The drive through is always quick and moving,it makes it really easy to order, pay and receive my burgers. Read more
I sat at the drive thru speaker for a while and never got a hello or anything for at least 4/5 mins. It was 10:04pm and I wasn't... sure what time they closed so I drove thru to window assumed the speaker was broken or something. It wasn't. The employeeasked what he could be get me and told me that I pulled it through before he could get to me. So he saw me there but proceededto not greet or acknowledge me!?! Good job choosing customer service as a profession when you're rude as anything! Not a fan ofthat guy. He also gave me the wrong item. I ordered kids meal. Just got the nuggets. No meal. Lovely ???? Went here this morning and the drive thru was completely empty so I figured it would be a quick in and out. Ordered a large... Stop by on friday night. Order received 7:55pm 15 minutes after which is 8:10pm ill ask the lady at the french fries said 1... minute. 5 minutes after i ask my food the guy said a minute. Finally the lady at middle take care of it. No one eating insidejust me and my son. They just bussy talking and drive thru.not even apologize came out from their mouth.
