Papa John's doesn't hit the same way it did when we were kids. The quality of the Pepperoni Pizza we ordered was less of a... frozen pizza you would find at the super market. The only saving grace was the garlic knots which were pretty good. Read more
Unfortunately, my family always has a problem with this location...usually with delivery times, but that is understandable in... today?s COVID world; however our last experience jumped the shark for sure. Our pizza got to us unusually fast for thislocation the other night, which was a pleasant surprise....but it turned out the pizza wasn?t finished. Ordered the SHAQ Pizza it had the bare minimum of sauce and did not look like the Ads! Pizza was not worth the money when you... can get cheaper pizza from Little Cesar's or frozen from your local grocery store that taste better!! Update: the manager Jordan did reach out to me personally and stated that the issue was handled with the team worker. He also... gave me a coupon! I really appreciated the effort by him to advise that service is not acceptable and being handled! Thank youJordan again! Worst run one I have ever seen! Had issues in the past but never visiting this one again! This one has the worstcustomer service I have ever come across!! Ordered online. Arrived late to pick my order yet was told it was voided. Funny thingnothing was even prepared for my order and no call me about it being cancelled either. Cashier was rude and said you were lateso I canceled it, can try to make it again. I walked out. We never had this horrible experience before. On Friday delivery guy came with our order and announced loudly in front of our... guests that ?your credit card had a balance of 58 cents and now you have to pay $33.90 cash for your delivery. I told him it?snot possible as my card have high limit and he should call the office. He showed his irritation and repeated the same thing andshowed me the credit card receipt for 58 cents. To avoid any argument my wife gave him $37 cash and he left. After 15 minuteshe comes back again and said people at the store made a mistake first they charged 58 cents and then again charged $33.90 andreturned the cash. But damage was done, it was so embarrassing in front of our friends. On Sunday I called the store tocomplain, asked for the manager. Randy answered and said that today is his first day and will talk to senior manager and he willcall me back. They don?t have the professionalism to call back. Never in my life will I touch this location again last time I went here there was a piece of plastic in my food and mistakes... happen so I went back again tonight. Arrived grabbed my food and paid got back home and decided to check everything out beforeeating for any plastic or anything like last time and I noticed something in my food longer than any other spice or veggie oranything. Picked it up with the fork and noticed it was some type of bug leg I thought it was a spice but looked closer andnoticed the little leg sensors that look like hairs on the bugs and realized immediately what it was.
