I waited a significant amount of time for a staff member to take my order at the Drive Through only to then park up to go... inside. I noticed there was a large group inside the premises and the door was locked. One staff member opened the doorslightly to say they were closed. I said, if you're closed, then why don't you state you are closed on the drive through, asdrivers including me are waiting unnecessarily for someone that isn't there to take my order. They persisted to keep sayingthat they're closed, which I understood but it seemed my explanation didn't quite register. So, I tried to explain again. Itwas at that moment, another staff member (pink hair, who has been mentioned in an earlier review) shouted an abusive expletiveand pulled the door shut. I was shocked and told her not to swear at me, but the abusive behaviour continued. In the end Ireturned to my vehicle and carried on feeling distraught at this terrible experience. By reading the negative Google reviews,you can gather that previous customers have had issues with the drive through, staff and the poor standard of general servicegiven. I shall be lodging a formal complaint to Starbucks regarding this branch and it's incompetent staff who simply can'tswitch off their signboards to indicate that they are closed. Read more

Consistently the worst customer service Starbucks in the area. I?m a teacher, so I leave really early in the morning and every... time I put in a mobile order and arrive, there?s either no one working the mobile counter or my drink is 10 drinks behind. I?veeven had to remind the staff that I?m here for mobile order in the past which they rolled her eyes at me and then turned aroundand yelled who?s working mobile counter? They always seem to be in a really bad mood and are annoyed at how busy it is. When Iwalk in there, it feels like that I am inconveniencing the staff with my mobile order. It?s unfortunate that my firstinteraction with people in the morning is a negative one. Read more

Always clean. Staff is always friendly and even during busy hours they handle customers quickly and effectively.

I have been here several times so far, utilizing mobile order and ordering in the store. Overall, it is an okay Starbucks. The... staff are nice, and the seating area is clean. However, it is quite small inside and they overfilled a Frappucino causingcaramel to drip out creating a mess. They are quick to fill the order and will accommodate as needed. Between the location andspeed I would recommend if you want a quick treat while shopping. Read more

Alex, the girl in the drive thru was amazing. Such good customer service, and she brought such genuine energy to the... interaction. It?s honestly so rare that such a quick interaction can make or break your day ? and she definitely made my day. Ifelt welcomed, complimented, and she was so nice.
