The lady is doing a good job by herself, even if she doesn't have the right tools. I gave 2 stars to her, because she was... professional, nice and very helpful. But the location itself needs more assistance. She was out of the crunchy for the CaramelRibbon Crunch Frappuccino, and I couldn't use my Starbucks App because she couldn't scan it, in addition they were out of orangejuice. Closes early randomly. Extremely unreliable don?t expect them to be open.
This place is always a mess never have what you want and always understaffed. Staff is trying their best. Just seems mismanaged
The worker is so rude and the drink was not what I had asked for, very bad!!!
My favorite Starbucks location! I?m very picky on how I want my drink and this location really has amazing baristas with amazing... customer service !! It means a lot when they know my drink by heart and actually look at you as not just any other customerthat comes in and they always ask about my baby! I have like 4 other Starbucks that are near me but I decide to choose thislocation & drive a little extra because of their fantastic service. Target Starbucks thank you for having such amazing people torepresent your company these people are seriously the best !! 6:30pm 8/7/21. Came in to this location and just want to add that just because your desperate to hire people doesn't mean you... hire people that can't be professional. Revaluate your employees professionalism and definitely manners for this location ofStarbucks. Read more
Employees wearing masks only halfway. (This is for the Starbucks inside Target, not the standalone one in the parking lot.)
Messy, never enough cashiers, staff is not knowledgeable rega4ding product.
