Unpredictable hours. Had to reschedule business meetings due to needing to leave hours before posted closing time. Service is... not consistent with SB brand of ?custom? drinks. Had to get it 3 times before it was served as ordered. Looking elsewhere forsimilar atmosphere. EWhigham Read more
Awful experience. Employees at register lacked knowledge and didn't even know what an iced caramel latte was. Half of the... drinks were made incorrectly!! Disappointed to spend $5+/ drink and not be able to enjoy them. Please take my advice and skipthis store. Read more
Come on Starbucks! I just got a tall iced matcha latte for four and a half bucks and the cup was packed full of ice so I got... four swallows out of it. Over a dollar a swallow. Read more
Stoped here to get some coffee at 5:45 pm They?re claiming that they?re closed, I said that online it showed that they open till... 6. They refused to serve me. Went to this location and ordered a pastry and hot chocolate. Not long after drinking the hot chocolate I because very ill for... just over 24 hours. My stomach was on fire. The Milk must have been sour. Never again will I go to a Starbucks. This particularstore was dirty, trash all over tables, overflow and trash on floor behind barista counter. On top of that, assuming that it wasthe manager that was on duty, was yelling and disrespecting his female employee in front of all of the customers 12/29/2021around 4pm. It was so rude and nasty how he spoke to her. I?m sure humiliating on her behalf. The team did not wear hairnets,they kept touching their faces and hair without washing hands. Very rude staff. I came to get a cup of coffee, made an order and put 20 dollars on the table. The girl with name Natchia said... that I need take money from the cashier table and put on her hand. When i asked why, she said if I don't like something I canleave. Very bad place. Do not go there. Starbucks you need to do something with your stuff there. Read more
