Last night, on Monday June 27th, 2022, I had made a very bad customer service experience at that wawa on Dekalb pike in kop. I... ordered a spicy chicken sandwich supposing to be hot but it was cold. The food was prepaid based on the system and menu. I didcomplain about the kind of service but the employee ignored me like I am nothing. I stood right before the counter for about 10mn waiting for my sandwich to be baked or at least warm, nothing has been done as requested. I was ignored. So I was forced tohigher my voice asking to see a manager for help, and finally someone from the back office apparently to be the manager comingover and assisting me afterwards. Wawa needs to manage and reorganize their online computer system to ordering food inside forthe customer's preference. They cannot serve you food however they want. I only got gas here but it was clean and there was a pump open and ready for refueling.
I wish I could give zero stars. This by far is THE worst wawa I?ve ever been to. Even worse than the one in blackhorse. No joke.... I had a cashier embarrass me and I?ll never go back in there again. It?s also not very clean and not stocked. I wouldn?t use thebathroom either. It?s nasty. You are lucky if you get out of that parking lot without major stress issues. Read more
Ordered a honey turkey sandwhich with various toppings. And some soup. Recieved my order and went home looking forward to eating... my sandwhich. When I got home and opened my sanwhich, I had recieved beef with butter on a roll. The order was completely wrong,and I checked the bag to make sure it was mine. It had my order number 89 and all the correct toppings I ordered. Just not theright sanwhich. Dissapointing. Read more
Great location for Wawa! Stop here often on my commute. One complaint is all the truck traffic that blocks things off. The... staff is friendly and quick. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and made right every time. The gas prices are usuallycheaper then all the other locations around town. The store is bright, well organized, and clean including the bathrooms. Read more
Ordered a turkey bowl which was quite skimpy. Also ordered a chicken sandwich of which they were out of. Ordered cheeseburger... instead. With all the fixings. Got a hamburger no cheese. Lettuce tomato on half a bun. No top to my cheese less cheeseburger.Young man behind counter making mine as well as others was obviously impaired. Disgrace.
