Rude.... is an understatement ???? the young lady that took my order never really looked up...no smile just made me feel I was... interrupting her day....Thank God for the cashier ...she at least smiled and said thank you... I just moved here to King Williamand both times I've been there very poor service ???? and I generally go to Subway on Thursdays cause I love the Italian BMT! Read more
today i went to the subway with my sister to get 3 subs, at first we had curbside and got the subs. went home and realized one... was wrong. called and the employee said we could bring in the messed up sub and they?d remake it. since two were identical (eventhough they weren?t supposed to be) i brought in one. they said without ?proof? they wouldn?t remake it. my sister used to workthere so she called the owner and they told her she ordered her subs ?incorrectly?. my grandmother came in with the other sub.mind you i told them to only throw one away and they threw away both. i ended up with my new sub (not on the bread i wanted) andthe rest of the tuna. i asked for my sisters and they tried to tell me i told them to throw it away. i refused to leave withoutthe sub. the authorities were called. mind you they were refusing to give me all my subs and refused to give a refund. theauthorities ended up making them give a refund which i still haven?t received. and they followed me and my sister into the foodlion to get more of her information. Prices keep going up and I try to save money where I can It used to be when you buy two foot longs a least the price was under... $15 in the past now it near 15 to 20 the food still good ( my opinion is ) I love to hand make mine more often now because oftry to cut were I can on buying. but if you in a hurry you and the people are nice most of the time . Normally they are great .. this visit wasnt .. costumer service was horrible the young lady had a attitude.. instead of going... in order this young lady was reaching over other workers dripping veggies in other subs . Moving in front of others.. it was anightmare Read more
I went there tonight 9.16.22 walked in no one greeted me. Two there was a young man standing by the register picking his nose.... One girl making sandwiches and she didn?t bother to say a word. Finally another young lady walks over to take my order. Sheasked me what I want and I told her two Italian BMTS one footling one six inch. I told her the foot long would be customized andthe six inch would be the way it comes. She literally told me you choose what you want. No every sub here has a specific wayit?s made. So I went on the website and told her what comes on it. She was absolutely rude had absolutely no knowledge about thehistory of subs. I worked with subway for years. I am beyond disappointed. Not to mention she put an entire bottle of Mayo on mysandwich. Read more
