2017: Good pit stop on a road trip. The restaurant restrooms only had one stall each, but I didn't check to see whether there... were larger restrooms in the truck stop. The food was good, and we received it quickly. All of the sauces except for ketchupwere empty, and we had to ask for them at the counter, where we were given sticky packets. I love that they have an outdoorseating area, although two of the three tables have no shade. 2022 update: Deven made this a six- star experience!! He broughtour food to the table, offered a free cookie for our wait, and even delivered honey mustard when the chicken finally came up. Hewent above and beyond in a great way! Give that man a raise!! Food was just okay, certainly not the best Arby's we've been to. However, giving 2 stars because the lobby was TRASHED. Not a... single clean table, trash all over the floor, trash all over the refreshment stand, and only trash bin that was overflowing. Totop it off the men's bathroom toilet was clogged and out of paper towels. Read more
Did not think it get worse but it has! Sloppy dirty buncha boys. Sandwiches were terrible, hard bottom bun, beef n chedder... with hardly any on it! Like dam, 3 of yall doing nothing and the lady manager appears for 2min. Read more
I understand waiting for people in line, but guy in the counter couldn?t make small talk, so I felt that he was being rude bc... when I would say one small thing he would completely avoid it. I understand getting the job done, but customer service is big,not just taking the order. I asked for sauce and he said ?you can ask for that when we call your name for the order? usually Idon?t mind but I think that?s extra work for his worker bc he just comes off lazy when it should be a team effort. Drove herefrom atlanta and stopped to grab food so yeah, I am cranky and customer service is big for me as I?ve worked in it as well. The2 girl employees were very nice though. Read more
Poorly operated restaurant. We have been stuck in line for some time now.. the space in the photo has been like that for an... extended period. I think most of the rest of us in line would have left if we weren't stuck in a square curbed area with no wayto get out. One vehicle with high enough clearance drove over the curb and grass to get out. I only wish we could as well. After reading the reviews here on the food... we will just keep going WHEN we can finally get through!! Worse decision to stopever!! Read more
DONT EAT HERE I would give this place a 0 if I could we waited in the drive through line for 20 mins!!!!! Which might I add... there were two cars in front of us!!! They proceeded to give us the wrong drinks and even almost accidentally had us pay forsomeone else?s food due to poor communication between staff!!! When we got our Roast beef sandwiches, they were undercooked andsoggy. Very disappointed and would not feed this to my dog!!! Read more
I love the roast beef and cheddar double but could use more cheddar, jalapeño bites and bronco sauce are awesome.
