I placed an online order for a specific time of pickup. When I walked in to get my order the employees had not even started... making my food. I asked for a refund because as a professional truck driver I have limited time to waste. I will not stop atthis restaurant again. Read more

This is probably one of my preferred subways to go to, this is more of a staff praise then the store itself. Service isn?t... terrible but my favorite things is the service I get from employees Julian and Julie!! I normally don?t get my food from thereunless I see one of their vehicles there! They are quick and clean and actually know how to make a GOOD sandwich! Everytime I gothere they normally remember the sandwhich I get and ask me if it is correct which they always are!! Unsanitary and not clean bread is left out in open i seen flies landin on everything. The lady after handling trash did not wash... hands b4 handling my food. There weere 2 flies sitting on my bread which was left on counter for 10 minutes unattended. I was sodisgusted. I will NEVER eat here again. Horrible service and attitudes. The sandwiches they make look awful, are poorly made...the prices are WAY too high. I am a truck... driver who hauls for the dollar general warehouse in nearby Fulton. I used to frequent this subway when it was good, about 4-5yrs. ago. Not doing business with them any longer, that is it. Read more
They don't honor the coupon mailers. Don't even try it. I've contacted corporate but haven't heard back. Go to a different... subway... I payed 30 dollars for 3 sandwiches. 2 ft long classic bmt's and the other ft long was ONLY turkey and mayo. Storeprice is not the online price. Just be warned. Read more
