Service started great with the first staff member that took our order. I had to take a bit more time ordering because I was... translating for my family member visiting. When the lady on the picture took over our order, it was a total shift on service.Not sure if she was having a bad shift, day or what but wow! We ordered very simply lettuce, sour cream and cheese for our bowland I asked politely if we could please have the salsa for our two orders on the side. Just one of each and I pointed at the redand green salsas right in front of me. I?m not sure why this one thing upset her so much because It seemed like I asked her togo get me a lobster and cook it in front of me ????????she looked at us and said which one??? And I replied again one of each ofthese please (pointing again at the red and green) and then she gets more mad and walks away saying - Well! There are three ofthem that?s why, so I didn?t know which ones you are talking about. And went to the side of the kitchen. I honestly felt likeshe was being racist towards me since she heard me translating and instantly started to treat me differently. The reason why Ifelt this way is because my husband ordered right after us and she didn?t know he was with us and she was completely differenttowards him. Not a great experience. We were there just to pick up a quick bite and left feeling discriminated against. Hopethis was just a bad day for this person but in the future, it will be best if she treated customers equally. I was a little disappointed that the "special" garlic guajillo steak was at the bottom of the pan when I ordered. I was offered... the regular steak to make it half n half. I'm sure it would have been better with a fresh batch of steak. The chips wereextremely salty. Overall the food was good though. My biggest issue today, and previously at another location, the dining roomwas filthy. I think it's important that every 15 mins someone is passing through and wiping tables, straightening chairs andjust making sure it's a place people want to eat. Read more

Avoid this place. Completely disappointed. Over rated and over priced. Sucks they charge so much more and give a lot less.... Chicken was extremely hard and dry and the rice wasn't thoroughly cooked. Read more

One of my favorite places to dine. To start upon entering the Chipotle Grill there was a red sauce spill on the order counter,... I thought maybe it just happened, when I ordered my food a burrito bowl I chose the Carne Asada bowl with all the works and adrink, $17.95 Okay so I had to find an area to eat, this was about 6:00pm there was lots of laughter and about six employeesworking at the time, food was everywhere on most of the tables, food and trash on the floor the place was in need of a goodcleaning, one employee was taking a nap in the dining area. I have never been to a Chipotle restaurant in such disarray, lots ofgristle in the Carne and the guacamole had whole halves of avocado in it, not all bad but not the creamy texture that I normallyget. I was there about forty minutes the foot traffic was slow and when I left the red sauce spill was still on the counter,there was plenty of time to clean it up but they didn't. I don't expect the place to be spotless but that was unacceptable. Thecrew was young and I couldn't tell who the manager was but hey take some pride in your establishment. Placed an online order. Realized it was incorrect once at home. Went back to the store to get the correct order. Spoke with the... gen. manager. This is what was received as a replacement of the original incorrect online order. This order was so poorly puttogether! This picture is taken right after unwrapping the foil, which by the way was even wrapped poorly. Very little chicken.Very disappointed! Read more
