Was there Thursday morning and witnessed a worker throwing out an elderly couple because the husband helped his disabled wife in... to the womens restroom, he did not actually go into the bathroom. She handled the situation VERY badly. She could?ve handledit in a more compassionate way. The other employees seemed very nice, however, I will not be going back. Read more

Very SLOW to react and inattentive service. Cannot believe how slowly these girls move, talk, interact with customers. One girl... asked two older gentlemen at the pick up counter "what are you doing here?" They (the men) thought it was another order window.She couldn't have said "did you need to order?" They never look up to a waiting line and say "be right with you"....they justpoke along as if customers are there to stand in line all day. FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! Acknowledge the customers!!!! Move faster.There was literally 4 people in the store as customers....that's all. They weren't even busy. Today's children need tounderstand service industry. They are getting paid to service customers. Geesh. It was to the point of embarrassment for them.Be better. Read more
If you sell donuts, have donuts! First time going & probably won't go back. The couple in front of us left, the employees seemed... more worried about the drive thru. There were about 10 donuts on the rack, told more were being made but not sure what kinds orhow long it would be. Just a total lack of interest in waiting on people, I've heard a lot of Dunkins were closing & I canunderstand why. I've given them chance after chance, benefit of the doubt cause also working with food and drinks, I get it, it gets busy, but... for the 6th time in a row I've been given undrinkable coffees. I get the same 2 everytime but somehow they mess it up, today wasthe worst they put all the sugar from both coffees in one cup, all the creamer in the other, and cups were mislabeled. And thebest part... I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LINE!!!! Like how do you even mess up so badly when you aren't even busy, I'm almostimpressed in how bad they are but the pure rage I'm feeling outweighs it. Asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese instead of american cheese and was told there was no possible way for... it to be done, so I settled for a everything bagel with cream cheese. Went to eat the bagel and its burnt to a crisp. Return tothe store and ask for a less burnt bagel. Employee gives me attitude for asking for a less burnt bagel. Gives me a new bagel andits almost just as burnt. Threw it in the trash. Read more
