Everything about this place was mediocre the service was okay but in all fairness the waitress was waiting on several tables and... was extremely busy so I'm not so sure we can fault her. The food however was substandard in my opinion the toaster ride cold thehash browns were fried in oil which seem to be 2 months old. I guess if you're really hungry it's a good place to eat it'sobviously better than Denny's. Read more

The most kind hearted people!! My family got stranded in the middle of storm there and they invited us in with our puppy.... Brianna found a suitable place for us to settle down, provided water and puppucino to our puppy to calm his nerves. We felt herkindness like God send! Our waitress Victoria (Viki) was AMAZING! She was attentive, fun, friendly and as sweet as can be. The people next to us were... VERY rude to her and she handled them with grace and professionalism. I personally would have lost my job, which is why Victoriais here and I'm not. It was our absolute pleasure to be in her section. Read more
We went to for dinner one evening and it was pretty empty. Only a few customers. Staff were friendly once we sat down. At first... they seemed annoyed we walked in the door. Food was mediocre at best. For how slow the place was, the floors and somesurrounding tables were dirty. I only saw one waitress the whole time we were there. But there was not a constant flow ofcustomers coming in so there was ample time to do some cleaning in between. The fact that it felt dirty didn't help. Foodportions have gotten significantly smaller too for the amount your paying. We didn't enjoy it enough to return. Read more
Waitress was great but they seemed to be short on Waitress so she seemed a little overwhelmed. One of our group did not receive... their food until after we paid the bill so we took it to go. The amount of food was ridiculous for the amount you pay. Alsodidn't get our pancakes and toast until after we were done eating. Read more
Not what it used to be. Service was terrible. I guess since the pot of coffee is on the table the server doesn't need to pass by... and check on you from time to time? My order was forgotten so my family waited until I got served and their plates were warm atbest by the time I got my scrambled eggs and toast. We didn't get our senior discount which I guess it's our responsibility tospeak out and say "we are old people"! IHOP used to be held at higher standards. Read more
