Regularly forgets disposable cutlery when ordering mashed potatoes or mac and cheese. Poor listening skills. Went to ask for... something from drive through worker and he didnt even let me finish before he walked off and grabbed some packets handed me ahandful of ketchup and hotsauce. It wasnt what i was asking for. Food is delicious but the service is garbage. Makes me worryif they dont care about the service they provide do they carry that over to how the handle food safety? Staff are not friendly except for one person she's very nice...the chicken is not completely cooked. I only eat chicken... sandwich and or chicken stripes the French fries are very good my favorite ???? wish they had a good chicken chef ???? Read more
The best chicken in town fast service food is always hot n fresh and the staff is amazingly friendly and it's always real clean... I highly recommend KFC for your lunch or dinner Thank you KFC for being so here n so awesomely delicious ???? Read more
It's a hit and miss some days it's great and other times it's dry or under cooked . Customer service is a hit and miss too... you'll get one really nice person and then the others that will just shove your food out the window without even speaking to you. Read more
Three times I've been to that KFC lately on the Stockton Hill Road right next to the US Bank there first time first out of the... three they forgot my coleslaw and they wouldn't make it right second time they forgot our sodas and the manager even forgot themanager mind you and it was the third time with the last time was they didn't have any ice for sodas we had a drink hot sodasand the prices are Sky High it's not KFC anymore it's it's commercial Read more

Disgusting bland chicken sandwiches-i ordered regular and spicy. Against my better judgment I stopped in as I was hungry from... my long day trip drive heading back home to Phoenix. They spend so much on advertising this mediocre item it's amazing. Amazing too is the amount of stupid wasteful packaging on tasteless low end product they have apparently no corporate shame orcare about-a paper wrapper, a huge foil bag and their logos, huge plastic grocery bag and their logos AGAIN. Never again anyKFC, I've known and I got weak. Read more
