Later saw that my account was... charged twice as much, thats why she didnt give me a receipt but i guess was too lazy to deal with it and just decided to lieabout my total and not give me my receipt. Love this place! I travel to Kingman quite a bit and every time I go there I order from the McDonald's app. And 9 out of 10... times I end up with something free off my order. Where I live I use the app probably every other day if not daily love theircoffee ???? And I think once in the last 6 months in the Phoenix area I've gotten something free. But every time I order fromthis McDonald's while I'm out of town nine times out of 10 like I said something is free. Thanks guys for doing such a great jobalways good service. This is our first visit at this branch and we had an unsatisfactory experience. We were planning to just grab a meal really fast... and get back to the road as soon as possible. Unfortunately, our experience here delayed our trip for 45 minutes. I was goingto empathize with their lack of workers excuse but my views changed after I overheard an off-duty manager chatting with anon-duty crew while waiting for our small order around 7:30pm on Saturday, November 6. The store was busy at the time we visitedand the manager holding up a crew?s time just to chat makes the wait even longer for other people. I?m hoping others won?t haveto experience this especially if they booked their trip with a tight schedule. Read more
We are from out of town. Driving back home from Vegas we got stranded in Kingman for a day and a half. This McDonald's was the... closest thing to us however after our first horrible customer service experience we decided not to eat there at all for the restof our necessary stay. Not one, but two of the cashiers at the front register were very rude not only to me but to my boyfriendas well. Read more
