I was just in this location about 10 min. Ago and was absolutely humiliated at what just happened. To have the cashier yell at... me to leave the store like he did was absolutely disrespectful. When I asked why he just repeatedly yelled at me to leave thestore. Everyone in the store at the time was staring. It was horrifying. I have no idea what the guys name was working. I justknow he was a Caucasian male with a big long beard. I go to this location and spend money at least once a day whether it be onfuel, drinks, or tobacco. They just lost a customer and I highly recommend that nobody else go here either. The service wasterrible and humiliating. Uncalled for and unjust. There was absolutely no reason for his actions tonight. I work the nightshift at a hotel across the street and go in there often and then I just live down the street a little further but I won?t begoing there anymore. I?m extremely disappointed. I literally walked in the store went through and into Dennys. Was in Dennysgetting shakes, tipped the hostess nicely, and then went back through the same way to exit and stopped at the scratcher lottomachine to purchase a couple scratchers when the worker starts yelling at me to leave. Repeatedly. It was so embarrassing. Iwill never go there again. Update: After discussing this problem with friends, it turns out, that this is a common occurrenceand apparently the staff there feels that they can do this to whomever and whenever they desire. Martin and Tina go absolutely above and beyond to help the drivers here. They are the definition of what a pilot flying j... employee are supposed to be. They both went out of their way to accommodate me with an issue my company had at this truck stop.I truly can't say enough good about the 2. I can only speak to the customer service in the store and the pumps for passenger vehicles. Paying at the pump wouldn?t work,... which was frustrating, so I had to go inside to pay. The cashier was really friendly and helpful. Fuel island was really cleanand well taken care of. Everything worked well. No complaints. Much cheaper than nearby Chevron and others. Read more
I?d rather give them a -5 star I was forced to give them one star. At 11:30 PM I pulled into this truck stop, there was no... parking spaces The line to get fuel was 2 to 3 trucks deep. I had to use the bathroom so bad I could barely walk. Kind of feltlittle lucky that the first bay was closed so I move the sign Pulled through and put the sign back. I figured this way I canpull back around get in line to get fuel. Without blocking anybody from getting fuel if I don?t come back out of the bathroom intime to pull forward. The manager came out and told me I can?t park there. I told her I was just using the bathroom. She thentried to stop me from going in to use the bathroom. Then she had a employee follow me into the bathroom to question me andharassed me while I was taking a Joe and wiping my Biden. Now I?m gonna go down the road and get fuel at Love?s. Nice and most important very CLEAN truck stop. they offer huge different models of snacks, drinks and hot fresh coffee beside... the some sample hot fast food. the shower and restrooms was super clean for 12 bucks. also there is denny's restaurant as well.employees was professional and polite. Gas station and truck carwash available. recommended 5 star truck stop. Read more
This Flying J is our go to fueling stop in Arizona on our route to Cali. This particular travel centre has always been well... maintained each time we are here on Monday mornings. The pump areas are constantly washed, the washrooms and store are almostalways looking fresh. If we are early enough we enjoy the breakfast pizza that they make here lol Read more
Parking lot and fuel island for trucks is a mess. Showers were clean and had great water pressure. Friendly cashiers.
