Ordered just 2 drinks and they must have forgot about us. Watched people pull up and order food with drinks and got served... before us. After waiting 20 min for 2 drinks, we left. At that point one of the workers came out as we were backing up (withoutour drinks) and said our order will be right out. Even though I had already paid, I told her to keep the money. Seems like theywere busy helping and visiting with their friends. Horrible customer service, these adolescence would never work for me. Read more

Honestly, Im done with both Sonics in town. They cater to the younger douchey crowd, you know the kind, trucker hats, no... respect, couldnt rub two brain cells together, the my dads the sheriff/lawyer kinda people. Last night i ordered a 60$ meal andpretty much everything was wrong or damaged in the bag and that was after waiting 35 min for a mobile order. Meanwhile doucheycrowd pulls up in their 6 trucks for like 8 people and their like 8 shakes took less than 4 minutes. I get home and it turns outyou didnt even give me half my order, my chili tots where sideways and all over the bag. I was suppose to have Meaty Chili withmy burger, even though it was online, they messed it up and put green chilies instead. Managers on shift didnt care to hear meout so im done. Terrible management. Consistently long wait times. Card reader regularly doesn't work. Haven't had onion rings the last three... times I've been in. I just went in, spent 15 minutes in the drive through waiting on them to complete one drive through order,then they couldn't collect payment because the card reader doesn't work and took back my $5 order. Went down to Taco Bell, hadmy food in 2 minutes, paid for with the same card. The staff was courteous, the food is acceptable, management is not providingresources to serve the store's customers. The food is so inconsistent and expensive for the quality with the exception of their shake and malts very very good..it would... be one thing if the food was always consistent and edible I would have no problem spending the $30 on food if it was good andedible at all times when visiting this establishment Read more
