We usually like Wendy as they have a great value for the kids, there 4 for $4. Unfortunately they have very poor management as I... went there to night it was very dark and I did not see the sign that they were out of lettuce and they did not inform me when Iordered that they were out or I would not have ordered and when I called to complain they said they have been out for a week.VERY POOR MANAGMENT THAT THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET LETTUCE FOR THE RESTRAUNT. There are at least 4 different storesthat sell lettuce that they could have gone and gotten some from. Very bad and the person on the phone was rude. Read more
Awesome as usual their new drinks were way too sweet. They could have watered that down by 75% and would probably taste better.... I still give a five-star. Read more

We stopped here on our way back from a trip for gas & lunch. Staff wasn't very knowledgeable or friendly. Got a fruit cup as a... side instead of fries, and it was this big cup with like 1 strawberry cut into tiny pieces. I was not happy to have spent thatmuch on the food, and that's what I got. If we ever pass thru there again, will def hit a different gas station and food place?????? Read more
The young lady at the window gave my pup a chicken nugget.. He was shy so she tossed in our back seat. Branch ate it as soon... as left the Parking lot. Sweet person to think of my pup. And the honey butter biscuit was just YUM Read more
My best Wendy's experience was at this Wendy's. I was passing through and wasn't very excited to stop here, but it turned out to... be delicious. The big bacon cheddar burger was larger than I expected (larger than other locations) and the hot honey chickensandwich was moist and full of different flavors. The strawberry frosty was delicious! Horrible place to go to when you are in kingman or local. They have rude employees that don?t listen to what you are ordering... and they are short when talking to you. Today we had someone tell us basically everything on the menu was out and that we neededto pick something else but if everything is out then why would they be open? Doesn?t add up in the end, 0/10 I don?t recommendgoing here. We got the food and there was stuff all over the bags and the portions of food were not worth the price of the mealsthat we bought today nor were they portions the same as on the menu. The photo is a medium fry that has maybe 10 fries total.The girl that took the order was Kelly and she has bad customer service and should not be working in a fast food restaurant orany restaurant. DO NOT TOUCH THE SALADS HERE!! KEEP DRIVING into Kingman proper...this restaurant simply doesn't care! Stopped in and my... girlfriend ordered a salad...30% of the lettuce was not edible...you know...when the lettuce gets brown and slimy. Took it backto the counter and all they did was apologize...no offer of a refund...nothing! Read more
